A scroll fluid machine has a stationary scroll having a stationary scroll lap fixed to a scroll casing and an orbiting scroll having an orbiting scroll lap that orbits relative to the stationary scroll lap. The stationary and orbiting scrolls are connected via a coupling mechanism other than an Oldham coupling or pin crank type mechanism having sliding parts. The coupling mechanism includes plate springs that connect the stationary scroll to the orbiting scroll. The orbiting scroll lap engages with the stationary scroll lap to form a closed compression chamber.

A scroll fluid machine has a stationary scroll having a stationary scroll lap and an orbiting scroll having an orbiting scroll lap that orbits relative to the stationary scroll lap. The orbiting scroll lap engages with the stationary scroll lap to form a closed compression chamber. An intermediate ring is positioned to surround the orbiting scroll lap. A plurality of first plate springs connect the intermediate ring and the orbiting scroll, while supporting the intermediate ring to enable the intermediate ring to move in a first direction orthogonal to a rotation axis of the machine. A plurality of second plate springs connect the intermediate ring and the stationary scroll, while supporting the intermediate ring to enable the intermediate ring to move in a second direction orthogonal to the rotation axis of the machine as well as orthogonal to the first direction.

A scroll fluid machine comprises an orbiting scroll and front and rear stationary scrolls. The orbiting scroll is driven by a driving shaft via an eccentric portion and has front and rear orbiting scroll wraps. The front and rear stationary scroll have front and rear orbiting scroll wraps respectively. The orbiting scroll is revolved by the driving shaft with respect to the stationary scrolls while the front and rear orbiting scroll wraps are engaged with the front and rear stationary scroll wraps to create front compressing and rear expanding sections. Fluid expanded and cooled in the expanding section is used for cooling parts of the machine.

The invention aims to provide a scroll fluid machine which has auxiliary cranks divided into two separate crank members connected by pressure fitting in the process of assembling of the scroll machine. Each of the auxiliary cranks for regulating the motion of the revolving scroll is divided into a revolving scroll side crank member and a stationary scroll side crank member, the crank members are configured such that one of the crank members can be pressed into the other crank member, and both of the crank members are connected to compose a one-piece auxiliary crank when both of the scrolls are assembled.

Scroll fluid-machine and assembling method thereof

A scroll fluid machine comprises fixed and orbiting scrolls. The fixed scroll has a fixed end plate having inner and outer fixed wraps and the orbiting scroll has an orbiting end plate having inner and outer wraps. Between the fixed and orbiting end plates, an annular partition wall is provided. The orbiting scroll is driven by an eccentric portion of a driving shat to form an inner compressing chamber in which the inner fixed wrap is engaged with the inner orbiting inside the annular partition wall and to form an outer compressing chamber in which the outer fixed wrap is engaged with the outer orbiting wrap between the annular partition wall and a housing. The inner compressing chamber communicates with a rear pressure chamber behind the orbiting end plate thereby preventing the orbiting end plate from being deformed or distorted.

Scroll fluid machine

A scroll fluid machine comprises a stationary scroll and an orbiting scroll fitted on an eccentric portion of a driving shaft. The stationary scroll has a stationary end plate from which inner and outer stationary wraps project, and the orbiting scroll has an orbiting end plate from which inner and outer orbiting wraps project. Between the stationary and orbiting end plates, inner and outer annular partition walls are provided. Inside the inner partition wall, the inner stationary wrap is engaged with the inner orbiting wrap to form an expanding region, and between the inner and outer partition walls, the outer stationary wrap is engaged with the outer orbiting wrap to form a compressing region. A bore is formed through the orbiting end plate so that fluid expanded and cooled in the expanding region flows from the expanding region to rear surface of the orbiting end plate to cool the orbiting end plate.

A scroll-type fluid machine includes a fixed scroll having spiral-form fixed wraps standing on one side face and an orbiting scroll having spiral-form orbiting wraps standing on one side face facing the fixed scroll. The orbiting scroll is set up on a drive shaft so as to be able to orbit. A sealed chamber is formed between the fixed wraps and the orbiting wraps. In the sealed chamber an outer sealed chamber and an inner sealed chamber are defined by an annular partition provided on either the fixed scroll or the orbiting scroll. The outer sealed chamber includes outer inlets on the outside and an outer outlet on the inside, and the inner sealed chamber includes an inner inlet on the outside and an inner outlet in the center. A gas that has been taken in via the outer inlets is compressed and discharged via the outer outlet, and a gas that has been taken in via the inner inlet is compressed and discharged via the inner outlet.

A scroll fluid machine has a stationary scroll and a revolving scroll, each of which has a spiral scroll wrap spiraling from the center side to the outer side. One of the scrolls has an annular outermost wrap having a radius larger than that at the outer end of the spiral wrap of the other scroll. The annular, outermost wrap is the outermost wall, and the scrolls are assembled so that the wrap of the other scroll is disposed in the inner side of the wrap of the one of the scrolls.
