The present application relates to a biological tissue transfer method for transferring a biological target tissue within the body, the method comprising: (a) attaching part of a first traction member to a first position which is different from a connecting position at which the target tissue is connected to other biological tissue; (b) attaching part of a second traction member to a second position which serves as the apex of a triangle formed together with the connecting position and the first position that surrounds the target site; (c) extending the first traction member in the direction from the connecting position to the first position, and extending the second traction member in the direction from the connecting position to the second position; and (d) transferring the target tissue within the body by applying traction on the first traction member and the second traction member respectively.

Medical manipulator, treatment system, and treatment method

A method is provided to collect liquid, such as pancreatic juice water, and saline, from a body cavity of a subject. In the method, a tool is inserted through the body cavity to reach a target site in the body cavity. A body position of the subject is adjusted such that the wall surface of the body cavity including the target site intersects with a direction of gravitational force and the liquid present in the body cavity gathers on the wall surface intersecting with the direction of gravitational force. A recess is formed to be concaved on the wall surface in the direction of the gravitational force by making the tool press the wall surface of the body cavity. Therefore, the liquid present or discharged in the body cavity is accumulated in the recess. The liquid accumulated in the recess is taken out of the body of the subject.

Method of taking out liquid present inside subject therefrom

A minimally invasive endoscopic surgical procedure or an endoscopic surgical procedure through natural orifices which includes: introducing a spacial structure in a shrunken state into a body cavity by a spacial structure introduction portion; enlarging the spacial structure in the body cavity; setting the enlarged spacial structure in a predetermined position in the body cavity and supporting the tissues inside of the body cavity with the set spacial structure; inserting a distal end of at least an endoscope or a treatment instrument from at least a part of an opening portion of the spacial structure, and orienting the distal end to a pathological lesion located on the inner side of the tissues inside of the body cavity which is supported by the spacial structure.

A bipolar cutter includes a bipolar cutting treatment portion having a pair of electrodes provided at a front-end portion of an insertion unit inserted in a body of a living thing, a guide portion having a lead passage which captures a living tissue of a cutting target and which leads the living tissue to the treatment portion, the guide portion configured to vary a width of the passage, and a manipulation portion which manipulates the guide portion to vary the passage width. Alternatively, a shape of the lead passage is enlarged from its inner end to its outer end and a lead passage width regulating member being movable between the inner end and the outer end of the lead passage is included. Alternatively, a plurality of lead passages having widths being different from each other is included.

Endoscope device

An endoscopic surgical instrument includes an insertion section which is inserted into a body cavity, and a surgical section which is disposed on a tip of the insertion section and treats an object. The surgical section includes a body section, and a first electrode, a second electrode, and a third electrode which are disposed on the body section. The surgical section coagulates and cuts the object by using a combination of not less than two of the first electrode, the second electrode, and the third electrode.
