A server chassis includes an outer case including a plurality of outer shells and an insertion space. The outer shell has an inner wall, and an outer rail structure is disposed on the inner wall of the outer shell. The outer rail structures including an outer rail-plate, an outer-rail and a set of ball slide rail. A chassis body is slidably coupled to the insertion space. The chassis body includes inner shells and an accommodating space. An inner rail structure includes an inner rail-plate, and the chassis body is capable of sliding with respect to the outer case through the inner rail-plate inserted in the outer-rail.

Server chassis

A fan module includes a fan body and metal plates. The fan body has a fan seat, and the fan seat is provided with coupling holes. The metal plates enclose the fan body and expose an outlet side. The position assembly includes a position frame and position members. The position frame has an air outlet and is fixed on the outlet side. The airflow shielding structure includes shutter plates and a connection rod. One side of the shutter plates are pivoted at the position frame, and the shuttle plates are capable of turning simultaneously for opening and closing the air outlet so as to maintain the normal operation of the server fan.

A locking mechanism and server having the same are provided. The locking structure is assembled to a rack having a positioning hole. The server including a slide rail assembly, a chassis and a locking structure. The slide rail assembly includes an outer slide rail and an inner slide rail. The chassis is fixed to one side of the inner slide rail and movable with the inner slide rail. The locking structure is fastened to the positioning hole and fixed to the inner slide rail. The locking structure includes a housing, a handle, a hook element, and a resilient element. When the handle is rotated to drive the hook element to be detached from the positioning hole, the chassis is released and movable with respect to the rack. The locking structure has a simple structural design, so costs can be reduced.

Locking mechanism and server having the same

A cabinet holding structure, the slide rails are disposed on the frames and have troughs. Supporting components are assembled on ends of the slide rails. Each supporting component includes a positioning plate, a screw nut, a supporting plate, a stud and a screw bolt. The positioning plate has a through hole and is placed on the slide rail, and the supporting plate is plated on another side of the slide rail. The stud protrudes through the trough. The screw bolt passes through the trough and the through hole to be fixed by the screw nut. The chassis includes a shell and notches. The shell is positioned on the slide rails by buckling the notches and the stud together.

Cabinet holding structures for server

A carrying apparatus for clamping the side edges of a memory storage unit includes a base part, a fixed arm, and a holding arm. The base part is disposed corresponding to a first side edge of the memory storage unit and has a fixed end and a pivot end. The fixed arm extends from the fixed end of the base part. The holding arm is pivoted on the pivot end of the base part and spaced with the fixed arm. The base part has a working space in which an elastic element is disposed. The holding arm has a stop end extending into the working space. Thus, the elastic element exerts a force on the stop end such that the holding arm moves toward and clamps the third side edge of the memory storage unit.

Carrying apparatus used for memory storage unit

A storage device holding mechanism is provided, including a holding frame and a detaching mechanism. The holding frame holds a storage device; the holding frame includes a bottom plate and includes a first side plate and a second side plate connected to the bottom plate. The detaching mechanism is assembled to one side of the first side plate and includes a push rod and a latch structure for fastening the push rod. The push rod is slidable to be fastened to the latch structure in a fastened position or to be separated from the latch structure in a detached position. When the push rod is in the fastened position, one end of the push rod is flush with one side of the holding frame. When the push rod is released from the latch structure, the push rod slides to the detached position.

Disk drive holding mechanism and server using the same

A server chassis includes a tray, two inner rails and two outer rails. The tray includes a bottom plate. Two opposite side walls extend from an edge of the bottom plate. A sliding latch is disposed at an outer side of each of the side walls. Each of the two inner walls is disposed at the outer side of the corresponding one of the two side walls. Each of the inner rails is disposed with a through slot corresponding to the sliding latch. The through slot extends longitudinally along the inner rail. The sliding latch is inserted in the through slot to be movable along the through slot. The two outer rails receive the two inner rails respectively, and each of the inner rails is movable outwardly from one end of the corresponding outer rail.

A server chassis rail includes a guide plate. The guide plate is of a strip shape. Two sides of the guide plate have two troughs arranged opposite to each other in parallel and spaced apart relationship. Multiple plastic slide sleeves are disposed in the two opposing troughs, and each of the slide sleeves protrudes from an inner surface of the corresponding trough. Production costs are reduced by utilizing the plastic slide sleeves instead of rollers.

Server chassis rail

A handle structure () includes a shell (), a handle (), and a sliding member (). An aperture () is provided on the shell (). One end of the handle () pivots to the shell (), and the handle () includes a pressing portion (). The sliding member () is installed on the shell () corresponding to the handle (). The sliding member () includes a hooking portion () penetrating the aperture () and a pressing area () pressed by the pressing portion () to move the hooking portion () from a first position (S) to a second position (E). By this arrangement, a case body can be easily pulled out and locked.

Handle structure and server using the same

A hard drive rack includes a frame. The frame includes a plurality of plates surrounding to form an accommodating space and at least one insertion opening. The plates include a bottom plate, a cover plate, and a supporting plate. The latch arm of the actuator assembly includes a first buckle part and is pivotally connected to the frame. The buckle arm includes a pivotal end and a hooking end, the buckle arm connects to the bottom plate through the pivotal end and is able to pivotally rotate. The hooking end is formed with a second buckle part which is selectively blocked by the first buckle part to encircle the insertion opening.

Surrounding-buckle type mobile hard drive rack

A hard drive rack includes a frame and a buckle arm. The frame includes a plurality of plates and at least one insertion opening. A buckle trough is formed on the plates at a side of the insertion opening. The plates include a bottom plate, a cover plate, and a supporting plate. The buckle arm is pivotally connected to a side of the frame and one end thereof is able to pivotally rotate through pivotally connecting to the frame. The other end of the buckle arm is formed with an elastic insertion plate which is selectively blocked by the buckle trough to be inserted into the insertion opening.

A fixing member () of a rack server includes a chassis slide assembly (), a main body (), and a fixing column (). The main body () is disposed on an end of the chassis slide assembly (), one side of the main body () is connected to a first positioning element (), and another side of the main body () is connected to a second positioning element (). The second positioning element () is disposed corresponding to the first positioning element (). The fixing column () is disposed on the main body () and one end thereof is fixed onto the chassis slide assembly (). The main body () is able to rotate along the fixing column () as an axis. The first positioning element () and the second positioning element () have different shape. Therefore, the same chassis slide assembly () can match a different server rack.
