An energization control system includes a sensor unit including a magnetic detection portion detecting a magnetic flux density of a magnetic flux generated at a surrounding of a conductor in response to a current flowing in the conductor of an electrical apparatus, a temperature detection portion detecting a temperature level within a package in which the magnetic detection portion is disposed, a correction portion correcting a temperature characteristic of a detection result of the magnetic detection portion based on the detected temperature level, and an output portion outputting temperature information indicating the detected temperature level. The energization control system further includes a control unit including a control portion controlling a current flowing in a heating element of the electrical apparatus based on the temperature information.

Energization control system and sensor unit

A current sensor includes: a housing that holds a busbar to which a current is applied and a core arranged around the busbar; a circuit board fixed to the housing in the state of being arranged to face the housing; and a detection element for detecting the current; wherein the detection element has an element main body held in the housing and plural connection terminals fixed in through-holes in the circuit board, and a plate-like member provided with guide holes in which the connection terminals are inserted and which have a diameter reduced from the side of the housing toward the side of the circuit board is provided on a surface facing the housing, of two surfaces of the circuit board.

Current sensor and manufacturing method for the same

A current sensor includes: a core formed by U-shaped flat plates made of a magnetic body and stacked together; a flat plate-like conductor which is inserted on an interior side of a U-groove of the core and through which a current to be measured flows; a detection element which is arranged on the side of an opening of the U-groove in such a way that a detecting direction extends in a spacing direction of the opening, and which detects a strength of a magnetic field; a housing which supports the core, the conductor and the detection element; and a pair of spacing direction supporting portions which are provided at positions along the spacing direction on both sides of the detection element, in an opening-side end of the core, and which abut on the housing.

Current sensor

A current sensor includes at least three bus bars made of flat-plate-shaped conductors and an inverter, a plurality of cores in which a core is formed by stacking flat plates made of U-shaped magnetic bodies, and a detecting element arranged on the side of an opening portion of each of the cores for detecting the intensity of a magnetic field. An interval between the core and another bus bar that is adjacent to the bus bar inserted into the U groove of the core is &#xbd; of the length of the opening portion in the spacing direction, and the tolerance of the gap is set to a value obtained by subtracting the value of 3/2 of the length of the opening portion in the spacing direction from the value of the interval between the bus bars that are adjacent to each other, with the gap as a median value.

An angular rate detector is disclosed having a first and a second detecting electrode 6a, 7a, which detect a second oscillation produced by Coriolis force, and disposed at locations which are symmetrical with respect to a direction of excitation D2 of a piezoelectric oscillator 2 and which corresponds to nodes of a first oscillation produced by the excitation. When the piezoelectric oscillator 2 rotates in a certain direction, a first signal appearing at the first detecting electrode 6a will be lagging in phase while a second signal appearing at the second detecting electrode 7a will be leading in phase. An electrical circuit produces an angular rate signal which represents a phase difference between the first and the second signal. In order to achieve a level of the first and the second signal which can be sensed by the electrical circuit it the angular rate is equal to zero, in a first embodiment, the first and the second detecting electrode 6a, 7a are disposed so as to be offset from nodes of the first oscillation of the oscillator 2 by an amount .crclbar. toward the direction of the first oscillation D2. In a second embodiment, impedances of electrical circuits of the vibration system D2 and the detection system D3, D4 are chosen so that the resonant frequencies of the first and the second oscillation are different relative to each other. In a third embodiment, a weight is added to or a notch is formed in the oscillator to achieve a relative offset between the resonant frequencies of the first and the second oscillation.
