A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor; a stator having a core annularly arranged facing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor, a coil wound around the core and having a coil end formed protruding from an end surface in the axial direction of the core, and an insulator formed on the end surface in the axial direction of the core and insulating the core and the coil; a bus bar arranged on the outer peripheral side of the coil end of the stator; and a terminal block installed on the outer peripheral side of the bus bar for introducing an electric current from an external power source to the stator, and the insulator has a groove portion in which the bus bar is held, and a terminal block housing portion in which the terminal block is held.

Rotating electrical machine

Insulators are respectively disposed such that longitudinal directions of trunk portions are oriented in a radial direction of teeth, and so as to place bottom surfaces of the trunk portions alongside two axial end surfaces of the teeth, concentrated winding coils are configured by winding conductor wires so as to be wound in multiple layers around the teeth so as to pass through a concave space that is formed by the trunk portions and first and second flange portions at two axial ends of the teeth, the second flange portion is disposed on an end surface of a core back of a stator core, and a temperature detecting element is installed by being inserted into an element insertion aperture that is formed on the second flange portion so as to be able to detect a temperature of a coil end of the concentrated winding coils.

Rotary electric machine

A rotary electric machine of the present invention includes, inside a housing, a rotor and a stator that are concentric with each other. The stator has a plurality of coil portions in a circumferential direction. In the stator, a first flow channel and a second flow channel, through which cooling water flows, are provided along the plurality of coil portions, each of the channels having one end connected to a flow channel inlet and the other end connected to a flow channel outlet. The lengths of the first flow channel and the second flow channel are mutually different. A temperature detection element is provided in a coil portion on a high temperature side among the coil portions positioned along the first flow channel and the coil portions positioned along the second flow channel.

Obtain a rotary electric machine in which an insulation capability of bus-bar units is maintained in order to supply current to a coil of a stator of the rotary electric machine, and the whole stator can be downsized. In the arc-shaped bus-bar units which are laminated and arranged on a coil end of a stator of the rotary electric machine, a neutral-point bus-bar unit, which includes a neutral-point bus-bar is arranged at a midpoint of phase's bus-bar units, which include phase's bus bars.

Rotating electric machine

It is an object of the present invention, to provide a rotor-holding structure of a rotating electrical machine for hybrid-vehicle, the structure being capable of ensuring a space is present between a stator and a rotor. A rotating electrical machine includes a stator and a rotor, the stator being fixed to a housing, and the rotor being disposed opposite to stator across a predetermined space, wherein the rotor has a rotor boss section, a rotor core, and a permanent magnet. The rotor boss section is rotatably attached to the housing through a bearing. The rotor core and the permanent magnet are attached to the rotor boss section. Multiple through-holes are provided at the respective corresponding locations of the housing and the rotor boss section. A supporting member is passed through each of the through-holes, thereby holding the rotor boss section.

Rotor-holding structure of rotating electrical machine for hybrid vehicle

A rotary electric machine stator includes an electric power distributing apparatus that includes: respective phase busbars that are electrically connected to respective phase coils; a resin holder that is disposed so as to surround the respective phase busbars, and that includes a partitioning wall portion that insulates between adjacent busbars, the resin holder including an opening portion that opens outward in an axial direction of the stator core; and a resin cover that covers the opening portion. A rib that is bent radially is formed on a radially outer edge portion of the opening portion of the resin holder.

Rotary electric machine for vehicle

The present invention provides an automotive dynamoelectric stator that enables vibration resistance of a lead portion to be ensured and reductions in area of the lead portion and a coil end group that is exposed to a cooling airflow to be suppressed without increasing work or cost. In a dynamoelectric machine according to the present invention, first lead portions that connect a plurality of windings to configure phase windings are each led axially outward from a rear-end coil end group, and then disposed so as to extend parallel to an axially outer peripheral surface of the rear-end coil end group so as to cross at least one other first lead portion, and so as to be separated from the axially outer peripheral surface of the rear-end coil end group.

Automotive dynamoelectric stator

An interfitting groove is disposed in a bottom portion of a trough portion so as to have a groove direction that is axial and so as to extend axially outward from axially inside, and a rotation arresting portion housing recess portion is recessed into an axially inner opening edge portion of the interfitting groove on a first yoke portion. A magnet holding seat that holds a permanent magnet is disposed in the trough portion by an interfitting portion being fitted into the interfitting groove such that radial movement is restricted. A rotation arresting portion that is disposed so as to project axially outward from a flange portion of the bobbin is housed inside a space that is constituted by the rotation arresting portion housing recess portion and an external shape reduced portion that extends axially inward from the interfitting groove such that rotation of the bobbin around the shaft is restricted.
