A switching circuit includes first to (N+1)th input/output terminals and first to Nth field-effect transistors (FETs), for an integer N of two or more. When one of a source end and a drain end is referred to as a first end and another one is referred to as a second end, the first input/output terminal is electrically connected to the first ends of all of the first to Nth FETs. For each integer i of one to N, the second end of the ith FET is electrically connected to the (i+1)th input/output terminal. For at least one integer j of one to N, a combination in which an inductor component and a resistor component are electrically connected in series to each other is disposed between the first and second ends of the jth FET such that the combination is electrically connected in parallel to the jth FET.

Switching circuit and semiconductor module

A directional coupler includes first and second transmission lines, first and second coupling lines, a termination resistor, a coupling signal output terminal, and an impedance-adjusting circuit. The first coupling line is electromagnetically coupled to the first transmission line. The second coupling line is connected in series with the first coupling line and is electromagnetically coupled to the second transmission line. The termination resistor is connected to an end portion of the first coupling line that is on the opposite side from the end portion of the first coupling line that is connected to the second coupling line. The coupling signal output terminal is connected to an end portion of the second coupling line that is on the opposite side from the end portion of the second coupling line that is connected to the first coupling line. The impedance-adjusting circuit is connected between the first and second coupling lines.

Directional coupler, high-frequency front-end module, and communication device

A switching circuit includes a first input/output terminal, a second input/output terminal, a third input/output terminal, a first transistor, a second transistor, an inductor and a resistor. The first transistor is electrically connected between the first input/output terminal and the second input/output terminal. The second transistor is electrically connected between the first input/output terminal and the third input/output terminal. The inductor and the resistor are electrically connected in series with each other between the second input/output terminal and the third input/output terminal.

Switching circuit and high-frequency module

A high-frequency filter includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a third terminal, a first inductor, a second inductor, a third inductor, and a fourth inductor. The first inductor and the second inductor are connected in series to each other between the first terminal and the second terminal. The third inductor and the fourth inductor are connected in parallel to each other between the third terminal and a node of the first inductor and the second inductor. The connection between the first inductor and the second inductor is an additive polarity connection. The connection between the third inductor and the fourth inductor is an additive polarity connection.

High-frequency filter and high-frequency module

A communication module includes a first input terminal to which a first signal of a first frequency band is input, a second input terminal to which a second signal of a second frequency band is input, an amplifier that outputs an amplified signal which is obtained by amplifying the first signal, a diplexer that receives the amplified signal and/or the second signal and that outputs an output signal of the first and/or second frequency band, and a harmonic termination circuit that short-circuits a harmonic of the second signal. The harmonic termination circuit has an end connected between the second input terminal and the diplexer, and another end grounded at a ground position. A distance in plan view between the first input terminal and the ground position of the harmonic termination circuit is longer than a distance in plan view between the first input terminal and the second input terminal.

Communication module

A test piece analyzing apparatus is provided which includes a releasably fixed absorbent member, a horizontally reciprocative pinching mechanism for simultaneously transferring a plurality of test pieces in a transfer direction, and an optical analyzing assembly provided with a primary illuminator and a secondary illuminator. The second illuminator serves to illuminate the bottom surface of the test piece.
