A housing assembly for a lighting system includes a single metal housing that functions as a can housing and a junction box and has a round geometry to improve ease of installation and support trims with smaller flanges. The housing includes a top component and one or more sidewall components. The sidewall component defines the desired round shape of the housing while the top component provides one or more flat surfaces to support one or more knockout features. For a remodel installation, the housing assembly further includes a spring clip assembly with a mounting ring and multiple spring clamps to securely couple the housing assembly to a drywall panel of a ceiling. For a new construction installation, the housing assembly further includes a bar hanger assembly to couple the housing to one or more support structures within the ceiling.

A modular fixture includes a plurality of acoustic panels and at least one support structure, where the acoustic panels have at least one cut-out that is configured to partially receive a portion of the at least one support structure, which is inserted into the at least one cut-out. The plurality of acoustic panels engage the at least one support structure and are supported by it. The at least one cut-out can be of a variety of shapes, including dovetail, rectangular and cylindrical, and the each of the plurality of acoustic panels may be of differing shape profiles.

A lighting fixture includes a housing with a first end and a second end. The lighting fixture further includes a first plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) configured to illuminate a main lens of the housing between the first end and the second end. The lighting fixture further includes an end cap disposed at the first end. The end cap includes an end cap lens and a second plurality of LEDs configured to illuminate the end cap lens independently from the first plurality of LEDs. The end cap further includes a wall configured to substantially prevent light emitted from the second plurality of LEDs from being emitted through the main lens of the housing.

A modular fixture may include an LED light board and an LED driver positioned along a linear support structure, and includes at least two acoustic panels. The fixture further includes two-piece fasteners, some of which are positioned along the linear support structure, while others are positioned on an inward-facing surface of the acoustic panels. The two-piece fasteners are then able to removably secure the acoustic panels to the linear support structure.

A modular acoustic baffle fixture comprising a plurality of acoustic sound absorbing panels forming at least part of the structure of the fixture in which the acoustic sound absorbing panels are mechanically and releasably affixed to an internal support structure and which absorbs sound directed to the void formed therewithin. An LED panel and LED driver may be provided and retained by an internal support structure to project light from the fixture.

A downlight lighting assembly comprising a plurality of notches and engaging members to ease the alignment and assembly of the components. The downlight lighting assembly comprises an LED chip removably connected to a heatsink with a mixing chamber secured to the heatsink, where securing the mixing chamber to the heatsink provides the compressive force for an LED connector to engage and provide the electrical connection to the LED chip. The heatsink also has a plurality of protrusions on its upper edge to engage a lower wall of a reflector to secure the reflector to the lighting assembly.

Downlight lighting assembly

An adjustable assembly for an adjustable downlight fixture assembly with a heatsink comprising a plurality of cooling fins that is connected to a mounting bracket where the heatsink is tiltably engaged with the mounting bracket. The heatsink is configured to receive a light source and may tilt within a confined space of the downlight fixture assembly up to 45 degrees from a vertical plane. The mounting bracket comprises a first side wall and a second side wall with a front wall connected between them where the first side wall and second side wall are connected to a rotation ring that is rotatably engaged with the frame of the downlight fixture.

A luminaire includes an adjustable torsion spring assembly for mounting the light engine assembly to a mounting frame and for providing the ability to conduct maintenance of the light engine assembly. The luminaire may include a mounting frame assembly; an light engine assembly engaged with at least a portion of the mounting frame assembly, the light engine assembly comprising at least one light source configured to emit light; and a support wire adjustably-coupled at a first end to a side of the light engine assembly, the support wire extending in the first direction from the side of the light engine assembly, and comprising at least one hook at a second end.

A luminaire has a LED module, a block structure with a cavity, a plurality of fins extending from the block structure, and a slot extending through a sidewall of the block into the cavity. The LED module is slidably received on a mounting surface of the slot and configured to project light through an aperture of the cavity. The mounting surface has an area equal to or larger than that of the aperture.
