A method for improving a speed of rasterizing transparent images, comprising determining, from P graphic entity objects on a transparent page, M transparent images and N nontransparent images. Each of the N nontransparent images includes an intersecting area with one of the M transparent images, P is an integer larger than 0, M is an integer larger than 0 and smaller than or equal to P, N is an integer larger than or equal to 0 and smaller than P, and P=M+N. The method also comprises determining a page-level transparent area and a page-level de-transparentizing area of the P graphic entity objects. Contributions of the transparent images and the nontransparent images to the page-level transparent area and the page-level de-transparentizing area are calculated using different methods. The methods further comprises assembling the M transparent images according to the page-level transparent area and the page-level de-transparentizing area.

Method and apparatus for improving speed of rasterizing transparent images

Furthermore, the test samples can be submitted automatically. Thus, the convenience and efficiency are improved with respect to the manual submitting.

Method and system for automatically testing a raster image processor

The invention discloses a method and a system for generating a boundary in the process of rasterizing a vector graphic as well as a method for producing the system and a method for clipping the vector graphic. The method for generating a boundary includes: segment-polylining the vector graphic and obtaining data of the line segments; obtaining data of the end pixels according to the data of the line segments; obtaining data of boundary pixels according to the data of the end pixels and the relationship between the data of the end pixels; obtaining bitmap data of the boundary pixels according to the data of the boundary pixels. The algorithm used in the invention is very simple and efficient; at the same time, the generation of the bitmap data of the boundary pixels can be carried out synchronously with the generation of bitmap data of the graphic itself. The invention can be used to be combined with a variety of scan line filling algorithms and the bitmap information of the boundary pixels can be obtained synchronously and efficiently in the process of rasterizing a vector graphic so that the quality of the output bitmap can be improved and controlled accurately.

The present invention provides a multilevel read-only optical disk and the method for producing the same. The multilevel read-only optical disk comprises a plurality of the recording pits, each of the longitudinal sections of the recording pits has a multilevel arbitrary shape; the areas of the longitudinal sections of the recording pits are not identical each other; the area of each of the longitudinal sections of the recording pits is defined by the following formula: S=&#x222b;h(x)dx, where S represents the area of each of the longitudinal sections of the recording pits, x represents the coordinate value along the width direction of the recording pits, h(x) represents the pit-depth distribution function of the longitudinal sections of the recording pits and the region of the integration covers the whole longitudinal sections of the recording pits. Furthermore, the run length of the multilevel read-only optical disk is limited. The present invention obtains the advantage of both multilevel storage technology and run length limited (RLL) codes. They can improve prominently the storage capacity and data transfer rate of read-only optical disk without changing the wavelength of the laser and optical numerical aperture, and are most compatible with the conventional read-only optical disk system.

Multilevel read-only optical disk and method for producing the same

This invention provides electromagnetic chips and electromagnetic biochips having arrays of individually addressable micro-electromagnetic units, as well as methods of utilizing these chips for directed manipulation of micro-particles and micro-structures such as biomolecules and chemical reagents. An electromagnetic biochip comprises an individually addressable micro-electromagnetic unit chip with ligand molecules immobilized on its surface. By controlling the electromagnetic field at each unit of the array and combining this control with magnetic modification of biomolecules, these chips can be used for directed manipulation, synthesis and release of biomolecules in order to increase sensitivity of biochemical or chemical analysis and reduce assay time. Other advantages with these chips include minimized damages to biological molecules and increased reproducibility of assay results.
