The present disclosure provides methods and systems for dose distribution prediction. The methods comprise obtaining historical state information and current state information of a target subject. The current state information may reflect the state of the target subject in a current treatment fraction, and the historical state information may reflect the state of the target subject prior to the current treatment fraction. The methods also comprise determining a feature parameter of at least one optimization target with respect to the current treatment fraction, and predicting a current dose distribution to be used in the current treatment fraction based on at least part of the historical state information, the current state information, and the feature parameter of the at least one optimization target using a dose prediction model, the dose prediction model being a trained machine learning model.

Methods and systems for dose distribution prediction

A method may include obtaining a first image related to one or more target objects generated by a first scan. The method may also include obtaining a first radiation therapy plan for treating the one or more target objects. The method may also include obtaining a second image related to the one or more target objects generated by a second scan. The second scan may be performed later than the first scan. The method may also include determining, based on the first radiation therapy plan, the first image, and the second image, a target radiation therapy plan to treat the one or more target objects. The target radiation therapy plan may be the first radiation therapy plan or a second radiation therapy plan associated with the second image, wherein at least a portion of the determining the target radiation therapy plan may be performed in parallel.

Systems and methods for generating adaptive radiation therapy plan

The present disclosure provides a system and method for generating radiation treatment plan. The method may include obtaining a plurality of beam angles of an arc for radiation treatment and preliminary segment parameters of control points associated with the plurality of beam angles. The method may also include grouping the plurality of beam angles into at least two sets so that each pair of two consecutive beam angles of the plurality of beam angles belong to different sets of the at least two sets, and determining the target segment parameters of the control points in each of the at least two sets by optimizing, based on a leaf motion constraint, the preliminary segment parameters of the control points associating with the plurality of beam angles. The method may further include generating a treatment plan based on the target segment parameters.
