A wire arrangement body includes: a wire arrangement groove portion of a groove shape that receives one or more wires; a lid portion that is rotatably connected to the wire arrangement groove portion about a first hinge and covers the wire arrangement groove portion so as to seal a groove opening of the wire arrangement groove portion; and a wire drawing piece that is rotatably connected to the lid portion about a second hinge. The wire arrangement body is provided so that a rotation axis of the second hinge crosses at a right angle to a rotation axis of the first hinge.

Wire arrangement body, busbar module and power-supply unit

An insulative cover for covering a case of a busbar module is provided. The insulative cover includes a central cover and side covers. The central cover covers a voltage detection wire accommodating part of the case. The side covers cover busbar accommodating parts of the case. And the side covers are provided at opposite sides of the central cover with hinges between the central cover and the side covers, respectively. In a state where the side covers are folded onto the central cover through the hinges respectively, one and the other of the side covers are locked to each other with a first locking mechanism, respectively.

Insulative cover for covering case of busbar module

A battery connector includes: a plurality of terminals, each of which is to be connected to each electrode of a plurality of batteries; a plurality of voltage detection terminals, each of which is connected to respective one of the terminals, and includes a wire connection part to be connected to an electric wire; and a case which contains the plurality of terminals and the plurality of voltage detection terminals therein. Adjacent terminals of the terminals are fixed in the case to be spaced from each other, and an individual wire path of a wire routing part is provided between the adjacent terminals. Each of the voltage detection terminals is fixed so as to incline the wire connection part with respect to the individual wire path and to locate the wire connection part more interiorly than an edge of the case.

A wire arranging device includes bus bars each interconnecting a plus and a minus terminal, in a first and a second terminal row, a first and a second row of bus bar containing rooms in which the bus bars are individually contained, a first and a second tray part respectively connected to the first and the second row of the bus bar containing rooms stacked on each other, first wires of which one ends are connected to the bus bars of the first row and placed on the first tray part, while the other ends are connected to a first connector at a second terminal row side, and second wires of which one ends are connected to the bus bars of the second row and placed on the second tray part, while the other ends are connected to a second connector at a first terminal row side.

Wire arranging device

A wire routing device includes a wire housing part, a terminal housing chamber part, and a plurality of wire lead-out parts. The terminal housing chamber part includes a plurality of terminal housing chambers. Each of the wire lead-out parts couples one of the housing grooves with one of the terminal housing chambers. Each of wire surplus length absorption spaces is formed inside of a substantially rectangle abcd defined by a section bc of an outer wall of the voltage detection wire housing part located at a side of the terminal housing chamber and a section ad of a wall of the housing groove which faces the section bc, which are cut by a line ab and a line cd.

Wire routing device

A busbar plate includes a busbar plate main body and total plus/minus terminal blocks. The busbar plate main body includes a terminal accommodating chamber part having a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers. The total plus/minus terminal blocks are externally attached to terminal accommodating chambers at two ends of the busbar plate respectively, and are formed of terminal block main bodies and busbars. One ends of the busbars are fastened to total plus/minus terminals in the terminal accommodating chambers at the two ends, the other ends of the busbars are fastened to an adjacent module or a connecting busbar of an external equipment. Flexible resin material is used for the busbar plate main body, and high strength resin material is used for the terminal block main bodies.

Busbar plate

In a busbar module for connecting a plurality of batteries of a battery unit, the batteries are arranged so that electrodes of each of the batteries having different polarities are disposed adjacent to each other. The busbar module includes a plurality of busbars, a plurality of terminals, a plurality of wires, a plurality of plates and a connector. The busbars connect the electrodes adjacent to each other. The terminals are connected to the busbars respectively to detect a voltage of the batteries. The wires are connected to the terminals respectively. The plates accommodate the busbar, the terminals and the wires, and provided above the battery unit. The connector connects the plates together.

Busbar module and power supply unit including same busbar module

A busbar module for connecting a plurality of batteries of a battery unit in which the batteries are arranged so that electrodes of each of the batteries having different polarities are disposed adjacent to each other is provided. The busbar module includes busbars, terminals, wires and plates. The busbars connect the electrodes adjacent to each other. The terminals are connected to the busbars respectively to detect a voltage of the batteries. The wires are connected to the terminals respectively. The plates accommodate the busbar, the terminals and the wires, and provided above the battery unit. A connector connects the plates together.

A terminal block for a vehicle-mounted battery assembly, the terminal block being attached to a total positive/negative terminal block which is attached to the vehicle-mounted battery assembly. An external extraction positive-side fastening portion and an external extraction negative-side fastening portion are positioned at different heights. A terminal cover is configured to cover the external extraction positive-side fastening portion. The terminal cover includes a fitting portion fitted into the terminal block for the vehicle-mounted battery assembly, a hinge portion engaged with the fitted portion, an arm portion engaged with the hinge portion, and a cover body engaged with the arm portion. The arm portion has a predetermined length, so that by hinge operation of the hinge portion, the cover body covers both the external extraction positive-side fastening portion and the external extraction negative-side fastening portion which are positioned at different heights.

Terminal block for vehicle-mounted battery assembly

A battery connector includes: a plurality of terminals, each of which is to be connected to each electrode of a plurality of batteries; and a case which contains the plurality of terminals therein. The case includes a terminal fixing part in which the plurality of terminals are fixed, and an insulating cover which is supported to be displaced to a closing position at which an open face of the terminal fixing part is covered by the insulating cover. A wire guide is formed in an outer surface of the insulating cover in the closing position.

Battery connector

The power-supply device includes: a battery assembly composed of a plurality of batteries each having a positive electrode end and a negative electrode end, said batteries overlapped with each other in a manner that electrodes having the different polarities are adjacent to each other; a plurality of bus bars connecting the batteries in series by connecting the adjacent electrodes having the different polarities in the battery assembly; and a terminal having an electric contact part attached to each bus bar, and a wire connecting part continued to the electric contact part, and attached to an electric wire connected to a voltage measuring device for measuring a voltage of the battery. The electric contact part includes a pair of clipping pieces disposed with a gap from each other, and connected to the bus bar by press-inserting the bus bar into between the clipping pieces.

A wire arrangement body includes: a wire arrangement groove portion of a tank shape that has a bottom wall portion and both side wall portions; a lid portion that is rotatably connected to one side wall portion of the wire arrangement groove portion through a hinge and covers the wire arrangement groove portion so as to seal a groove opening of the wire arrangement groove portion; and an engagement portion that causes the lid portion to engage with the other side wall portion of the wire arrangement groove portion when the lid portion covers the wire arrangement groove portion. The wire arrangement body is provided so that a center position of the hinge and a center position of the engagement portion are aligned in parallel with a width direction of the wire arrangement body.

Power unit and battery connector

A busbar for being accommodated in a case includes a metal plate, a regulating portion and a connected portion. The regulating portion is provided at a part of an edge of the metal plate. The regulating portion has a burr extending in a direction opposite to an inserting direction in which the busbar is inserted into the case. The regulating portion is adapted to come in contact with a part of an inner wall of the case so as to regulate a position of the busbar. The connected portion is provided at a part of the edge of the metal plate. The connected portion has a burr extending in the inserting direction. The connected portion is adapted to be disposed so as not to contact the inner wall of the case.
