An expandable interbody spacer that is delivered in the anterior approach with adjustable height and end plate angulation (lordosis). The expandable interbody spacer is configured to have an initial collapsed state having a first height suitable for being inserted into an intervertebral space defined by a pair of adjacent vertebrae, and an expanded state having a second height that is greater than the first height. The expandable interbody spacer may be expanded from the initial collapsed state to the expanded state in-situ. The expanded state increases the distance between the adjacent vertebrae and provides support to the adjacent vertebrae while bone fusion occurs and also provides rigid support between the adjacent vertebrae that withstands compressive forces.

A tissue retractor having a spring loaded retractor blade that provides constant downward pressure on the spine to eliminate/reduce tissue from creeping underneath the tips of the blades during use, which decreases operation time and reduces patient risk.

A multi-level compressor/distractor instrument that provides both linear and lordotic/kyphotic induced compression and distraction.

A stylet screw driver assembly having a screw driver/ratcheting handle assembly which houses a stylet, pre-assembled to a set length based on the screw length in use, fixed in place by a spring loaded button mechanism located on the proximal end of the ratcheting handle. The spring loaded button mates with the stylet assembly, providing various stylet protrusion lengths.

Stylet screw driver

A compressor/distractor instrument that provides internal set screw engagement for threaded reduction capabilities while also providing bending support of the screw extenders during compression or distractor manipulation. Threaded reduction is performed by engaging compressor/distractor support tubes at the proximal end with a compressor/distractor driver. A removable locking pull pin secures the left and right handles of the compressor/distractor driver together during use, and removal of the pin releases the compression and tension built up in the device for ease of removal.

A tissue retractor having a central body, a posterior housing slidably coupled to the central body via a first two way overrunning clutch, a posterior arm slidably coupled to the posterior housing via a second two way overrunning clutch, a right arm rotatably coupled to the central body via a hinge pin and third two way overrunning clutch and a left arm rotatably coupled to the central body via a hinge pin and fourth two way overrunning clutch.
