An example electric vehicle battery current communication device includes a terminal landing and a transition from the terminal landing having an area that is both bent and tapered. The transition can bend toward an interior of a battery cell such that a portion of the transition is closer to the interior than each portion of the terminal landing. The terminal landing can attach to a bus bar. The terminal landing can also weld to a bus bar. The transition can extend from the terminal landing to a current collector extending into an interior of the battery cell.

Electric vehicle battery current communication device

A hybrid energy storage and delivery device includes a plastic enclosure that establishes a first sealed chamber and a second sealed chamber. The first sealed chamber is configured as a fuel tank for storing a liquid fuel and the second sealed chamber is configured as a battery pack for storing electrical energy. First and second L-shaped components are attached to the tray. Each of the components includes an end wall and a sidewall that are integrally formed to define a substantially 90&#xb0; corner. The first and second components are attached together such that each of the sidewalls is disposed adjacent one of the longitudinal sides and each of the end walls is disposed adjacent one of the lateral sides to form a housing around the tray that has an open top and an open bottom.

An interior body trim assembly includes a trim panel and a closure member. The trim panel has an indented panel portion with an outline of part of an outer boundary of a passage. The closure member meets the trim panel with a portion of the closure member extending over the indented panel portion. The portion of the closure member and the indented panel portion complete the outer boundary of the passage and thereby form the passage.
