A method includes: identifying an unfulfilled service of the user of the provider institution mobile application based on an indication that the user has a pending service that requires further action on behalf of the user; scanning a digital calendar of a mobile device of the user hosting the provider institution mobile application based on receiving a user input to access the digital calendar; determining an availability of the user based on scanning the digital calendar; identifying a current location of the user during the determined availability; determining a plurality of service locations near the identified current location of the user during the determined availability; and prompting the user to visit an identified service location from the plurality of service locations.

Identifying and providing unfulfilled services via an ATM

Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for automated teller machine (ATM) recycling and merchant operations. One method includes receiving, via a communication session from a user device, a merchant voucher distributed by a merchant, and initiating an ATM session. The method further includes determining a value of the merchant voucher, and presenting, via a display interface of the ATM, a request for the determined value. The method further includes receiving a deposit regarding the determined value of the merchant voucher, and converting the merchant voucher to at least one of a token or a code, the at least one of the token or the code being embedded with an indicator regarding the determined value, information regarding the merchant voucher, and a unique identifier. The method further includes transmitting, to the user device, the at least one of the token or the code, and updating a ledger of the merchant.

Systems and methods for automated teller machine replenishing and merchant operations

Systems, methods, and apparatuses for authorizing a transaction using location based transaction authentication. The method includes receiving a transaction authorization request for a transaction; determining a location of the transaction; identifying an identity of a user associated with the transaction authorization request; determining a computing device associated with the identified user; determining a location of the determined computing device associated with the identified user; determining a distance between the location of the transaction and the location of the determined computing device; determining that additional authentication is required of the identified user based on the determined distance; prompting, the user for additional authentication information; receiving a response including additional information; and, authorizing the transaction based on the additional information matching stored additional authentication information.
