Polymer-fused batteries are provided. The battery includes a casing, an anode coupled to the casing, an electrical source disposed between the casing and the anode, and a fuse. The polymer fuse comprises an electrically-conductive material formulated to decompose upon contact with a bodily fluid.

Polymer fused batteries

A solar panel enclosure converts sunlight to electricity. To remove the large amount of heat from the enclosure a chambered heat exchanger (CHE) is thermally coupled thereto. An air temperature differential is created between chamber air in a CHE portion and chamber air within a CHE heat exchanging portion. When a threshold thermal gradient is reached, air pressure that keeps the chamber air static is overcome creating airflow within the chamber. The airflow draws cooler ambient air from a chamber inlet. Heat from the enclosure is transferred to the cool air and is exhausted from a chamber outlet.

For a polymer composition, a polymerizable aversive agent is chemically coupled to a substrate element. The chemical coupling is labile to saliva.

Polymer-fused batteries are provided. The battery includes a casing, an anode coupled to the casing, an electrical source disposed between the casing and the anode, and a fuse over at least a portion of the anode. The polymer fuse comprises an electrically-conductive material formulated to decompose upon contact with a bodily fluid and to provide electrical communication between the anode cap and the electrical source when the polymer fuse is intact.

Provided are a method, system, and article of manufacture wherein a determination is made of a subset of all possible interoperable combinations of components of a computing system, wherein the components comprise selected elements of the computing system. One or more testing criteria are stored, wherein a testing criteria provides indications of characteristics of one or more of the components of the computing system. A selection is made of a number of interoperable combinations of the components from the subset of interoperable combinations of the components, based on the stored one or more testing criteria. The selected interoperable combinations are tested, wherein the selected interoperable combinations are fewer in number than the subset of interoperable combinations.

An battery end cap is disclosed for limiting current flow of a battery. The battery end cap includes a cap terminal, the cap terminal comprising an external conductive surface and an internal conductive surface. The battery end cap further includes a pressure sensitive switch, wherein when the battery end cap is installed on a battery, the pressure sensitive switch is configured to bias the internal conductive surface of the cap terminal from being in electrical communication with an electrical source of the battery. Electrical communication between the cap terminal and the electrical source is created or maintained when a sufficient external pressure is applied to the battery end cap and electrical contact between the cap terminal and the internal electrical source is broken without the sufficient external pressure.
