A torque transmission mechanism includes a first member having a cylindrical shape and configured to be rotatable around a rotation axis, the first member including an outer peripheral surface provided with a first groove having a zigzag shape extending around the rotation axis, a second member having an annular shape surrounding the first member and configured to be rotatable around the rotation axis, the second member including an inner peripheral surface provided with a second groove having a zigzag shape extending around the rotation axis, one or more first rolling members disposed in and configured to be rollable in the first groove and in the second groove, and a first regulating member disposed between the first member and the second member and configured to allow movement of the first rolling members along the rotation axis and regulate movement of the first rolling members around the rotation axis.

A three-dimensional shaping method of shaping a three-dimensional shaped article using a first material including first resin and a second material including second resin having a heat shrinkage rate different from a heat shrinkage rate which the first resin has, the method including stacking, when preparing a first slice layer formed of one of the first material and the second material, and stacking a second slice layer formed of another of the first material and the second material on the first slice layer, a first boundary layer formed of the one of the first material and the second material on the first slice layer, staking a second boundary layer formed of the another of the first material and the second material on the first boundary layer, and stacking the second slice layer on the second boundary layer, wherein the first boundary layer is a layer provided with a plurality of voids formed inside a contour of the first boundary layer when viewing the first boundary layer from a stacking direction of the first slice layer and the second slice layer.

Three-dimensional shaping method

A three-dimensional shaping device includes: a stage, a heater, a head, a movement mechanism, and a control unit. The control unit is configured to perform first shaping layer forming processing of forming a first shaping layer by controlling the head and the movement mechanism to dispense the shaping material from the head, dispensing stop processing of stopping dispensing of the shaping material from the head by controlling the head, determination processing of determining whether a predetermined time is elapsed since the dispensing stop processing is performed, and second shaping layer forming processing of forming a second shaping layer on the first shaping layer by controlling the head and the movement mechanism to dispense the shaping material from the head when it is determined in the determination processing that the predetermined time is elapsed. The control unit is configured to set the predetermined time based on information related to a shaping time of the first shaping layer.

Three-dimensional shaping device

A three-dimensional shaping device includes a stage, a heater, a head dispensing a shaping material toward the stage to form a shaping layer, a thermal sensor measuring a temperature of a measurement region of the shaping layer, an actuator moving the stage, the thermal sensor, and/or the head relative to each other, and a processor. The processor sets the measurement region being a point. The point has the lowest heat dissipation property within the shaping layer. The processor causes the head to dispense the shaping material to form another shaping layer when the processor determines that the measured temperature is equal to or lower than the predetermined value and repeats the measurement and the determination if the processor determines that the measured temperature is higher than the predetermined value until the processor determines that the measured temperature is equal to or lower than the predetermined value.

A three-dimensional shaping device includes: a dispensing unit including a nozzle; a stage having a shaping surface on which a shaping material is to be laminated; a position changing unit configured to change a relative position between the nozzle and the stage; a control unit configured to control the position changing unit; and a measurement module used to measure a difference of the nozzle from a reference position in the shaping surface based on a first position of the nozzle in the shaping surface and a second position of the nozzle in the shaping surface. The first position is a position in which the nozzle is assumed to be positioned by the control unit controlling the position changing unit. The second position is a position changed by the control unit controlling the position changing unit.

A robot includes a robot arm including a proximal-end-side arm and a first distal-end-side arm that is turnable with respect to the proximal-end-side arm and coupled further on a distal end side than the proximal-end-side arm. The proximal-end-side arm includes a first motor configured to drive the first distal-end-side arm, a first speed reducer configured to reduce rotating speed of the first motor and output a rotational force, a first pulley configured to transmit, to the first distal-end-side arm, the rotational force output from the first speed reducer, and a first belt configured to transmit, from the first speed reducer to the first pulley, the rotational force output from the first speed reducer.

A rotary module includes a first outer tube, a first member in which a function of the channel is maintained when a first outer tube rotates relative to a first inner tube, the channel coupling an outside of the first outer tube and an inside of the first inner tube, and a second member in which electrical coupling between the first terminal provided on an inner circumference surface of a second outer tube and the second terminal provided on an outer circumference surface of a second inner tube is maintained when the second outer tube rotates relative to the second inner tube, wherein the first outer tube and the second outer tube are fixed, the first inner tube and the second inner tube are fixed, and the first member and the second member are arranged along the same axis as each other.
