A tape guide includes a guide section configured to guide a carrier tape, a component exposing section configured to open a cover tape to expose an electronic component in a component storage section during conveyance of the carrier tape guided by the guide section, a tongue portion provided on the component exposing section and configured such that a distal end portion is movable between a first height position at which the distal end portion enters between a base tape and the cover tape and a second height position higher than the first height position, a pressing section placed above the tongue portion to apply a pressing force to the tongue portion to cause the tongue portion to move downward, and a stepped portion provided on a facing surface on which the tongue portion and the pressing section face each other.

Tape guide and component supplying equipment

A tape feeder that feeds a carrier tape constituted of a bottom tape accommodating multiple components and a cover tape adhered to the bottom tape to supply the components includes a peeling section configured to peel the cover tape from the bottom tape at a position in front of a supply position of the component, a tension applying section configured to pull the cover tape into a predetermined location by driving a motor to collect the cover tape peeled from the bottom tape, and a holding section configured to hold the cover tape between the peeling section and the tension applying section when a power supply of the tape feeder is turned off and to release the holding of the cover tape when the power supply of the tape feeder is turned on.

Tape feeder and mount device

Tape-feeder setting work apparatus (), which is used when an operator performs a work of setting a component supply tape wound on tape reel (), in tape feeder (), includes feeder set base () configured to hold the tape feeder in the setting work of the component supply tape, power supply section () configured to supply a power to tape feeding device () inside the tape feeder, and operation section () configured to allow the operator to operate the tape feeding device inside the tape feeder. When a work of setting a tip portion of the component supply tape by pulling out the tip portion from the tape reel set in the tape feeder held by the feeder set base is performed, the operator operates the operation section of the tape-feeder setting work apparatus to operate a tape feeding operation of the tape feeding device inside the tape feeder, and feeds the tip portion of the component supply tape pulled out from the tape reel to a component pickup position of the tape feeder.

Tape-feeder setting work apparatus

A tape feeder includes a magnet that rotates as one with a sprocket driven by a motor, two magnetic field detecting elements that detect signals in accordance with a magnetic field from the magnet and that are arranged at positions opposite the rotation region of the magnet, and a rotation angle detecting circuit that detects the rotation angle of the magnet and the rotation angle of the sprocket by processing output signals of the magnetic field detecting elements. A control section of the tape feeder reads the detection information of the rotation angle detecting circuit from immediately after the motor is started, recognizes the rotation angle of the sprocket, detects the position of tooth of the sprocket of the tooth engaged with a feeding hole of component supply tape based on the recognition results of the rotation angle of the sprocket for each pitch feeding operation of the sprocket, and corrects the pitch feeding amount of the motor by a pitch error correcting amount set for the tooth.

Tape feeder and component mounter

A reel holder on which is loaded tape reel is held on feeder main body of tape feeder so as to be displaceable in the width direction of feeder main body by link mechanism. By this, it is possible to displace the position of tape reel of tape feeder set on feeder setting table of a component mounter in the width direction of feeder main body based on the reel width of tape reel of an adjacent tape feeder, and tape reel of each tape feeder can be arranged making efficient use of the empty space between adjacent tape feeders.

Component tape feeder with reel displacing mechanism

A tape feeder is provided with a cover tape peeling member that peels a portion of cover tape from an upper surface of component supply tape at a position forward of a component pickup position in accordance with feeding operation of the component supply tape such that a component inside the component supply tape is exposed. The cover tape peeling members are exchangeably attached to the tape feeder, and include a half peeling cover tape peeling member for peeling only one side of a joining section and folding the cover tape from one side such that the component inside the component supply tape is exposed, and a full peeling cover tape peeling member for peeling both sides of the joining section of the cover tape and folding the cover tape over from a front end of the cover tape such that the component inside the component supply tape is exposed.

Tape feeder

A cassette type tape feeder including a tape feeding device that feeds a component supply tape to a component pickup position from a reel; a cover tape drawing-in device that peels off a cover tape from the component supply tape forward of the component suction position in accordance with a feeding operation of the component supply tape, and draws in the cover tape in a direction opposite to a feeding direction of the component supply tape; and a cover tape collection case that collects the cover tape drawn in by the cover tape drawing-in device. The cover tape collection case is configured of a fixing case section fixed to a cassette case, and a movable case section which expands capacity of the cover tape collection case by being displaced in a direction of the vacant space in the reel corresponding to an increase in collection amount of the cover tape. The movable case section is biased in a reducing direction by a torsion coil spring.

A revolving nozzle station and a revolving drive device that revolves the revolving nozzle station are housed inside a cassette case of a cassette-type nozzle exchanging unit. In an outer circumferential portion of the revolving nozzle station, multiple nozzles for exchange with a nozzle of component mounter are arranged radially along a revolution path, and the nozzles are held in a detachable manner. A nozzle exchange port is formed in a top end surface of cassette case, and nozzle exchange is performed between the revolving nozzle station and a mounting head of the component mounter through the nozzle exchange port. A shutter mechanism which opens and closes the nozzle exchange port is provided in the cassette case.
