An information system includes an in-vehicle terminal that is mounted on a host vehicle and a server that communicates with the in-vehicle terminal. The server includes a running history DB in which a running history of the host vehicle is stored for each driver, a driving skill-level determination unit, a driving skill-level DB in which a driving skill-level determined by the driving skill-level determination unit is stored, and a distribution information control unit that distributes driving assistance information based on the driving skill-level stored in the driving skill-level DB to the in-vehicle terminal. The driving skill-level determination unit determines a driving skill-level of a driver based on the running history stored in the running history DB and a driving skill element definition list representing a difficulty level of driving predefined for each driving skill element.

Pursuant to the increase in the number of objects to be managed and the complication of relations of the objects to be managed, the current condition is that the visibility of the GUI of management software is deteriorating. As one such current condition, there is a problem in that the display name of equipment to be managed on the GUI cannot be entirely displayed depending on the screen. Thus, the present invention improves the readability on the GUI by changing the display name according to the objective of the administrator by using a label in which the display name is divided into morphemes and the priority assigned thereto, as well as using topology information, and fitting the display name within the display area prepared on the screen.

System redundancy verification method and computer system

The present invention is provided with: computers provided with a processor, a memory, and an I/O interface; an I/O switch for connecting a plurality of the computers with an I/O adapter; a management computer for managing the I/O switch and the computers; and a first network for connecting the computers with the management computer. The I/O switch has a dedicated adaptor connected to the management computer. The management computer selects from the plurality of computers a computer for performing data transfer, commands the I/O switch to connect the I/O interface of the selected computer and the dedicated adaptor, transfers data between the selected computer, senses that data transfer with the selected computer has been completed, and commands the I/O switch to disconnect the dedicated adaptor from the I/O interface of the selected computer after completion of the data transfer with the selected computer has been sensed.
