More preferably, 0≤B/(A+B)≤0.2 is satisfied, where A is the peak intensity in the vicinity of 2θ=31.2° in the X-ray diffractometry using Cu-Kα ray and B is the peak intensity in the vicinity of 2θ=30.2°.
