A target substance capturing device includes a reflection surface on which a plurality of non-flat portions is arrayed, the reflection surface capturing a target substance, and reflecting irradiated light. The plurality of non-flat portions are arranged in an array, the array includes a plurality of unit arrays in which the plurality of non-flat portions are arranged such that each one center of the non-flat portions superposes a position of a vertex in an M-time symmetrical figure, and the plurality of unit arrays is arranged such that each one center of gravity of the M-time symmetrical figure superposes a position of an intersection of an N-time symmetrical lattice pattern, where M is an integer of two or more, and N is an integer of two or more and different from M.

Target substance capturing device

A bearing apparatus has a rolling bearing including an outer ring (), an inner ring (), and rolling elements () disposed between the two rings, and a temperature sensor (TS) for measuring an internal temperature of the rolling bearing. A wire from the temperature sensor extends to the outside via a through-hole () formed in a component of the bearing apparatus, and hence the temperature sensor can be disposed in a desired position with excellent wiring extension flexibility, thereby enabling a temperature in the desired position of the bearing to be measured. The temperature sensor, which can be configured thin in a small size with flexibility, can therefore be incorporated into whichever portion of the bearing, wherein a high response to temperature detection is attained, and detectability of abnormality in temperature can be improved.

Bearing apparatus

A bearing apparatus includes a rolling bearing () having an outer ring (), an inner ring (), and rolling elements () disposed between the inner ring () and the outer ring (), a temperature sensor (TS) for measuring an internal temperature of the rolling bearing and a lubrication unit (). The lubrication unit supplies lubricating oil in a quantity corresponding to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor, to the rolling bearing. With this configuration, it is feasible to provide the bearing apparatus capable of ensuring a sufficiently long life under the condition of high-speed rotations. The bearing apparatus is suitable for use in a spindle for a machine tool.

A bearing apparatus includes an outer ring (), an inner ring (), rolling elements () disposed between the two rings, and a seal () attached to one of the outer ring and the inner ring and extending toward the other ring. A temperature sensor is fitted to the seal, and hence a temperature of the seal contacting with a rotary wheel can be directly measured. Accordingly, if the temperature measured by the temperature sensor rapidly rises, this implies that some inconvenience might occur, and necessary countermeasures such as immediately stopping an apparatus using the bearing apparatus can be taken before the explicit inconvenience occurs.

A hub unit including a hub and a flange integrally formed with the hub, and a seal including a core metal and an elastic body integrally molded with the core metal. The elastic body includes one or more lips in sliding contact with one or both of the hub and the flange. The elastic body includes a molded rubber, wherein the molded rubber contains, as a raw rubber, acrylonitrile/butadiene rubber having an acrylonitrile monomer content of from 26 to 36% by weight. In a first embodiment, the hub unit includes a hub adapted for receiving a shaft and a flange integrally formed with the hub, and the seal is attached to an outer circumference of the hub unit. In a second embodiment, the hub unit includes an inner ring having a raceway surface for receiving rolling elements and an outer ring. The seal seals the space between the inner ring and the outer ring. Furthermore, the seal includes a radial lip in sliding contact with an outer circumferential surface of the hub.

Seal

A rubber composition containing a tetrafluoroethylene-propylene bipolymer and from 0.02 to 10 parts by weight of a liquid polybutadiene per 100 parts by weight of the tetrafluoroethylene-propylene bipolymer and a rubber sealing device in which the rubber composition is joined to a reinforcing member are described, by which long-life rubber sealing devices which are highly tolerant to liquids containing amine-based additives, for example, soluble-type synthetic cutting coolants and engine oils suitable for high-speed processing and can sustain favorable sealing performance over a long period of time and rubber compositions appropriate therefor are provided.

Rubber composition and rubber sealing device

A sealing device equipped with a lip made of a rubber material composition wherein the rubber material composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer and 0.02 to 10 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene-based copolymer is described, by which a long life sealing device that is not deteriorated even when used under an environment where chemicals such as a cutting lubricant containing an additive adversely affecting rubbers contact the sealing device is provided.

Sealing device

The present invention provides a rolling bearing having a prolonged life suitable for wheel, railway vehicle and steel rolling mill comprising a sealing member which exhibits fair sealing properties even under severe conditions. A rolling bearing comprising an outer ring having an outer raceway formed on the inner surface thereof, an inner ring having an inner raceway formed on the outer surface thereof, a plurality of rolling elements rollably provided between the outer ring and the inner ring, and a sealing member for sealing the axial opening of the space between the inner surface of the outer ring and the outer surface of the inner ring in which said rolling elements are provided, characterized in that the sealing member is formed by an elastic member made of a vulcanizable rubber composition obtained by blending a carboxylated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber with at least carbon black.

Rolling bearing

A linear guide apparatus includes a slider, a guide rail opposing the slider with a clearance provided therebetween, a plurality of rolling elements which are rotatably interposed there between, and a contact seal device for sealing an opening of the clearance. A side seal member of the contact seal device is made of a rubber material composition containing fluoro rubber. The rubber basically comprises at least one of copolymers that are vinylidenefluoride-tetrafluoroethylene-polypropylene terpolymer and tetrafluoroethylene-polypropylene copolymer.
