An information processing device includes a memory that stores cluster information indicating multiple programs belonging to a cluster; and a processor that acquires a graph including multiple nodes corresponding to the multiple programs indicated by the cluster information and multiple edges indicating dependencies between the multiple programs, selects, from among the multiple nodes, a cut node that is arranged so that when the cut node is removed from the graph, the graph is divided into multiple disconnected partial graphs, extracts a word used in a program corresponding to the cut node among the multiple programs, and uses the extracted word to generate additional information to be associated with the cluster.

A method includes: first identifying, from among one or more items included in a source code of a program, a first item used for storing data input to the program or data output by the program; associating, for each of predetermined ranges configuring the source code, an index value, based on a number of the first items referenced in the relevant predetermined range and the number of times the first item is referenced in the relevant predetermined range, with the relevant predetermined range; and outputting an association result of the index value for each of the predetermined ranges.

Update history information of databases is analyzed, and workflow models are automatically displayed with typical workflows and exceptional workflows separately represented. An update history information storage unit stores update history information including identification information of a data update process, and the name and updated time of an updated data set. A workflow extractor generates flow information where the names of updated data sets are arranged in chronological order of updated time, oldest first, for every data update process, and counts the number of appearances of flow information of same. Out of the workflows represented by the flow information, the workflow classification unit classifies the workflows into typical and exceptional workflows depending on the number of appearances. A workflow model display unit displays a typical workflow diagram showing the typical workflows, and in response to user input, displays an exceptional workflow diagram showing the typical and exceptional workflows.

Program, method and apparatus for modeling workflow

A computer program automatically producing a system test specification adapted for real-life use of a computer system, such that the system's most important processing functions can be tested. An update record storage unit stores update records each including: a process identifier of a data updating process, the name of a dataset updated by that process, and an update timestamp. A function test data storage unit stores data of function tests for checking whether each module realizing operation steps of an operation flow satisfies specified requirements. An operation flow extractor creates a flow descriptor enumerating the names of datasets updated by a data updating process in chronological order. From the stored function test data, a system test generator compiles a system test description for each operation flow, which specifies a series of function tests in the same order as the operation steps constituting each operation flow.
