A solid-state imaging device includes a pixel array unit, a row control unit, a row readout unit, a column control unit, and a column readout unit. The pixel array unit includes MN pixels each including a photodiode for generating charges by receiving light and arrayed two-dimensionally in M rows and N columns. The pixel inputs an m-th row control signal output from the row control unit to an m-th row control line, inputs an n-th column control signal output from the column control unit to an n-th column control line, and selects whether the charges generated in the photodiode are output to an m-th row output line or an n-th column output line based on a logical value of each of the m-th row control signal and the n-th column control signal.

Solid-state imaging device by compressive sensing technique

A shape measurement apparatus includes a light source, an irradiation optical system, an imaging optical system, a spatial light modulator, a focusing optical system, a linear sensor, and a processing unit. The irradiation optical system forms the light into a line shape and irradiates an object. The imaging optical system forms an image of the light reflected by the object. The spatial light modulator, in which a one-dimensional intensity modulation pattern is set on a light modulation plane, spatially intensity-modulates and outputs the light. The focusing optical system focuses the light output from the spatial light modulator in a line shape. The linear sensor receives the light focused in the line shape by pixels. The processing unit performs analysis by the compressive sensing technique for each of the pixels based on the intensity modulation pattern and an output signal from the linear sensor.

Shape measuring device

A plurality of pixels are arranged two-dimensionally in a matrix and individually include a first photosensitive portion and a second photosensitive portion. A plurality of first wirings connect a plurality of first photosensitive portions to each other for every row. A plurality of second wirings connect a plurality of second photosensitive portions to each other for every column. A first reading unitis arranged to read signal data through at least some of the plurality of first wirings. A second reading unitis arranged to read signal data through at least some of the plurality of second wirings. The first reading unithas a reading pixel setting unitarranged to set, based on signal data read in the first frame, a pixel group for reading signal data in a second frame subsequent to a first frame from the plurality of pixels.

Light detection device and light detection method

A plurality of pixels are arranged two-dimensionally in a matrix and individually include a first photosensitive portion and a second photosensitive portion. A plurality of second wirings connect a plurality of second photosensitive portions to each other for every column. A first reading unit is arranged to read signal data through at least some of the plurality of first wirings. A second reading unit is arranged to read signal data through at least some of the plurality of second wirings. The first reading unit has a reading pixel setting unit arranged to set, based on signal data read in the first frame, a pixel group for reading signal data in a second frame subsequent to a first frame from the plurality of pixels.

Provided is a position detection sensor. In a first pixel part, as an incident position is closer to a first end of a first pixel pair group in a second direction, an intensity of a first electric signal decreases. In a second pixel part, as the incident position is closer to the first end, an intensity of a second electric signal increases. In a third pixel part, as the incident position is closer to a second end of a second pixel pair group in a first direction, an intensity of a third electric signal decreases. In a fourth pixel part, as the incident position is closer to the second end, an intensity of a fourth electric signal increases. A calculation unit calculates a second position on the basis of the first and second electric signals, and calculates a first position on the basis of the third and fourth electric signals.

Position detection sensor that detects an incident position of light comprising plural pixel groups each with plural pixel parts

Provided is a shape measurement sensor including a light-receiving unit and a calculation unit. The light-receiving unit includes a plurality of pixel pairs. Each of the pixel pairs includes a first pixel and a second pixel that is disposed side by side with the first pixel along a first direction. In the first pixel, as an incident position is closer to one end of the light-receiving unit in a second direction, an intensity of a first electric signals decreases. In the second pixel, as the incident position is closer to the one end, an intensity of a second electric signal increases. The calculation unit calculates the incident position in the second direction for each of the pixel pairs on the basis of the intensity of the first electric signal and the intensity of the acquired second electric signal.

Shape measurement sensor

In a first pixel part, as an incident position is closer to a first end of a first pixel pair group in a second direction, an intensity of a first electric signal decreases. In a second pixel part, as the incident position is closer to the first end, an intensity of a second electric signal increases. In a third pixel part, as the incident position is closer to a second end of a second pixel pair group in a first direction, an intensity of a third electric signal decreases. In a fourth pixel part, as the incident position is closer to the second end, an intensity of a fourth electric signal increases. A calculation unit performs weighting on a first position on the basis of the third and fourth electric signals, and performs weighting on a second position on the basis of the first and second electric signals.
