3-dimensional object-forming apparatus

A shaped object shaped by a shaping method includes a structure that is shaped by stacking plural constituent layers and a ceiling wall to support the structure. The structure includes plural spiral form parts. Each spiral form part has a cross section in an elliptic shape and extends in a stacking direction while turning with respect to a center position of the elliptic shape. The plural spiral form parts are disposed in matrix in a state where the center positions are separated from each other by a predetermined distance. The spiral form parts that are adjacently disposed in a row direction and a column direction are shaped so that the turning directions are opposite. In at least one cross section of the structure, the major axes of the spiral form parts that are adjacent in the row direction and the column direction are orthogonal to each other.

The three-dimensional object building apparatus includes a powder delivering unit that delivers a powder on an object building area, a powder flattening device that flattens the powder delivered from the powder delivering unit to form a powder layer, and a light beam radiating unit that is disposed above the object building area and radiates a light beam on the powder layer to sinter or melt solidify the powder for building an object. The three-dimensional object building apparatus also includes a transferring mechanism that moves the light beam radiating unit in three-dimensional directions, and a shroud that moves integrally with the light beam radiating unit and surrounds a space above an area of the powder layer that is smaller than the object building area around a radiation of the light beam. The powder delivering unit and the powder flattening device move integrally with the light beam radiating unit.

A cam driving device for a processing device including a cylindrical member, a rotational shaft that has a mount hole formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof, a cam, and a tool that is mounted in the mount hole of the cylindrical member so that the tool can be protruded and retracted through the mount hole in a radial direction of the rotational shaft in accordance with a profile of the cam. The cylindrical member and the rotational shaft are axially reciprocated to process a non-circular bore, including a storage unit for storing a data table representing associating relationship between a rotational angle of the cam and a protrusion amount of the tool which is provided on the basis of the rotational angle of the cam, and a controller for advancing or retarding the rotational angle of the rotational shaft according to the data table stored in the storage unit.

Method and device for boring non-round hole

A wiring structure includes a board assembly and pin terminals. In each of pin terminal insertion holes formed in the board assembly, a terminal connection portion electrically connected to a metal foil wire and fitted onto the pin terminal so as to hold the pin terminal is provided in a through-hole of at least one of a plurality of circuit boards forming the board assembly, which forms a part of the pin terminal insertion hole, whereas an insulating sleeve blocking contact between the pin terminal and each of the remaining circuit boards is fitted into through-holes of the remaining circuit boards, which form the remaining part of the pin terminal insertion hole.
