An injection molding machine includes a connection member that connects a nozzle touch mechanism and a fixed platen. The connection member has: an arm part that rises upward from a support frame part on a side of the fixed platen; and a platen connection part that is provided on an upper section of the arm part and serves as a second connection section connected to the fixed platen. The platen connection part has: a connection pin that is fixed to the arm part and extends in a left-right direction coinciding with the width direction of a machine frame; and a rotary member that is fixed to the fixed platen and can rotate around the connection pin, wherein the connection pin is disposed so as to pass through the center axis of a nozzle and include a plane parallel to a mount surface of the machine frame.

Injection molding machine

A power transmission device includes: a first pulley; a second pulley having a diameter equal to or larger than a diameter of the first pulley; a belt wound around the first pulley and the second pulley; and a detection unit configured to detect a displacement of the belt in a direction intersecting the surface of the belt. The detection unit is configured to detect the displacement of the belt at a predetermined measuring point. The distance from the border between a portion where the belt and the first pulley are in contact with each other and a portion where the belt and the first pulley are not in contact with each other, to the measuring point is equal to or smaller than the diameter of the first pulley.

An injection molding machine includes a belt transmission mechanism (mold opening/closing mechanism, ejector mechanism, screw drive mechanism, injection mechanism) configured to transmit drive force from a driving shaft (driving pulley) to a driven shaft (driven pulley) by means of a belt. The injection molding machine includes: a cover covering part or entirety of the belt; and a sensor attached to the cover and configured to detect an abnormality of the belt.

In an injection molding machine including a base, a pivot pin provided on the base, and an injection unit supported by the pivot pin so as to be pivotable relative to the base in a pivoting direction, the injection molding machine is equipped with a rod-shaped member configured to cause the injection unit to pivot in the pivoting direction by pushing the injection unit, and a first support member provided on the base and configured to be screw-engaged with the rod-shaped member.

A support frame of a machine base includes a first element to be joined to the upper or lower end face of a vertical support column of the machine base and extending in the horizontal direction, and a second element spaced from the first element on the opposite side from the support column and extended in the horizontal direction. The end face of the support column joined to the first element is formed with one or more first protrusions which extend to reach the second element and join to it.

A machine base supports at least one of a clamping unit and an injection unit of an injection molding machine from below. The upper frame has a hollow member and a plate member having a concave cross-section, attached to an upper surface of the hollow member. The plate member and the hollow member are formed with a through hole penetrating from an upper surface of the plate member to a hollow portion in the hollow member.

An injection molding machine includes, on a machine base, a mold having a stationary platen, an injection unit having a nozzle for injecting a molten material into the mold, a nozzle touch mechanism for pressing the nozzle against the mold, and a connecting member for connecting the nozzle touch mechanism and the stationary platen. The connecting member has a support base and an arm part, and also has a first connecting part to be connected to the nozzle touch mechanism on the support base, and a second connecting part to be connected to the stationary platen on an upper part of the arm part. The injection molding machine is configured so that a nozzle touch force is transmitted to the nozzle touch mechanism via the stationary platen and the connecting member. The second connecting part of the connecting member is disposed to be rotatable in a direction along a moving direction of the injection unit.

An injection molding machine includes a sub injection device configured to inject molten resin into a mold of a clamping device along a direction perpendicular to an opening/closing direction of the mold, a sub machine base configured to support the sub injection device, and a coupling unit provided on a main machine base configured to support a main injection device and the clamping device and couple the main machine base and the sub machine base together. The coupling unit includes a base provided on the main machine base, two fixed blocks fixed to the base, a guide bar bridged in parallel to the opening/closing direction of the mold by the two fixed blocks, and a movable block slidably fitted onto the guide bar. The movable block is connected to the sub machine base.

A mounting stand for an injection molding machine has a base member and an erecting member, to which an injection apparatus is attached, vertically arranged on the base member, and is movable with respect to a support supporting the base member. The mounting stand includes a base member protruding portion provided upward from the base member around a portion at which the base member comes into contact with the erecting member, and an anchored portion at which a side surface of the base member protruding portion is anchored to a side surface of the erecting member.

Mounting stand for injection apparatus and injection molding apparatus

A machine base of an injection molding machine on which a mold clamping mechanism and an injection mechanism are mounted includes a plurality of struts. At least one of these struts are constituted by arranging and coupling two members (strut elements) each formed by bending a metal plate and having a C cross section, thereby providing a structure to withstand vibrations of the mold clamping mechanism and the like mounted on the machine base.

An injection molding machine is provided with an injection device, a mold clamping device, an electric storage device configured to supply electric power to the injection device and/or the mold clamping device, and a machine base. The machine base is provided with an upper frame, a lower frame, and support means supporting the upper frame on the lower frame, the injection device and the mold clamping device are disposed on the upper frame of the machine base, and the electric storage device is disposed on the lower frame. The electric storage device is formed of a case body and an electric storage unit therein.

An injection unit and mold clamping unit are placed on a machine base of an injection molding machine. On the other hand, a transformer used to convert a voltage supplied from an external power source to a voltage necessary for the injection molding machine is placed in the machine base under the mold clamping unit.
