In a presentation control, another presentation request of another content is accepted from another application while presenting a content of one application, which content is preferentially presented is arbitrated based on a rule definition including: an attribute of the content that defines either a cancellation for withdrawing the presentation request or an on-standby without withdrawing the presentation request; and a constraint equation that defines an exception rule for defining a setting of the content that has lost arbitration as either the on-standby or the cancellation; and one of the contents arbitrated is presented to a presentation area.

A wiper device includes a pivot shaft, a pivot holder, a water receiving cap and a washer. The pivot holder includes a pivot support portion and a mounting leg. The pivot support portion pivotally supports the pivot shaft. The water receiving cap includes a boss portion and an umbrella portion. The boss portion is fitted onto the pivot support portion. The washer is fixed to a circumference of the pivot shaft at a portion projecting from a distal end of the pivot support portion. At least part of the boss portion overlaps the washer in an axial direction. The umbrella portion includes a projection that projects in the axial direction. The projection opposes the mounting leg in a circumferential direction without engaging the mounting leg in the axial direction.

In addition, the inattentive state determining means calculates the probability that the driver is driving inattentively and determines that the driver is driving inattentively when the calculated probability exceeds a threshold.

A route searching apparatus includes a travel route accumulation unit, an algorithm selection unit to select route searching algorithms to meet the preference of a user based on the accumulated travel routes, and a route searching unit to perform a route search up to a destination by using the selected algorithms.
