An X-ray diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment includes an X-ray tube, an X-ray detector, image generating circuitry, and processing circuitry. The X-ray tube emits X-rays. The X-ray detector detects X-rays emitted from the X-ray tube and transmitted through a subject. The processing circuitry receives a designating operation related a display mode for a target that is at least one of a region of the subject and an object inserted in the subject. In response to the designating operation, the processing circuitry changes the display mode of the target in an X-ray projection image that is based on a detection result of the X-ray detector, the display mode being changed based on three-dimensional medical image data related to the subject.

According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic system is used with an operation apparatus for operating, from a position separated from an object, a device inserted inside the object, and includes an imaging apparatus, an designation receiving circuit, a first display, and a second display. The imaging apparatus performs X-ray imaging of the object. The designation receiving circuit receives designation of a position on medical data from a first user who operates the device. The first display is disposed at a position visible from the first user, and displays a first image according to the designation of the position. The second display is disposed at a position visible from a second user who performs positioning of the imaging apparatus, and displays a second image different from the first image according to the designation of the position.

According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an imaging apparatus, processing circuitry and permission input circuitry. The imaging apparatus includes an imaging system performing X-ray imaging of an object, and a bed on which the object is placed. The processing circuitry accepts an instruction to cause the imaging apparatus to perform a operation, and notifies a content of the operation relating to the accepted instruction to a first user. The permission input circuitry accepts information indicating permission of the operation from the first user who has confirmed the content of the operation. The processing circuitry causes the imaging apparatus to perform the operation to more severely restrict the operation compared with after acceptance of information indicating permission of the operation by the permission input circuitry, until the acceptance of information indicating permission of the operation by the permission input circuitry.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus and medical image diagnostic system

According to one embodiment, an image analysis device includes a parameter value acquisition unit, a color allocation unit and a time phase image generation unit. The parameter value acquisition unit acquires a parameter value per pixel, on the basis of time variation of pixel values per pixel corresponding to the same region of an object in image data of a plurality of sequential DSA images. The color allocation unit generates a color map in which a (chromatic) color in accordance with the parameter value is allocated per pixel corresponding to the same region of the object. The time phase image generation unit generates color image data of time phase images respectively corresponding to a plurality of time phases, by reflecting information in accordance with pixel values of the DSA images to each pixel of the color map.

Image analysis device and X-ray diagnostic apparatus

According to one embodiment, an image analysis device () includes a parameter value acquisition unit (), a color allocation unit () and a time phase image generation unit (). The parameter value acquisition unit acquires a parameter value per pixel, on the basis of time variation of pixel values per pixel corresponding to the same region of an object in image data of a plurality of sequential DSA images. The color allocation unit generates a color map in which a (chromatic) color in accordance with the parameter value is allocated per pixel corresponding to the same region of the object. The time phase image generation unit generates color image data of time phase images respectively corresponding to a plurality of time phases, by reflecting information in accordance with pixel values of the DSA images to each pixel of the color map.

In an embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an image capturing unit which captures an X-ray image of a subject on a tabletop, a movement mechanism which moves the tabletop and the image capturing unit relative to each other, an acquisition unit which acquires device position information on the tabletop and the image capturing unit in capturing the X-ray image, a display unit which displays the X-ray image captured by the image capturing unit, an input unit which inputs added information to be added to the X-ray image displayed on the display unit, and a management unit which manages the X-ray image captured by the image capturing unit, the device position information acquired by the acquisition unit, and the added information inputted by the input unit in association with one another.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus

According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry generates a plurality of contrast images sequentially based on X-rays after administration of a contrast medium to the object, determines a monitoring region in the plurality of contrast images, monitors change in signal strength of each of pixels included in the monitoring region, and determines whether or not the signal strength of each of the pixels included in the monitoring region satisfies a specified condition. The processing circuitry controls an X-ray generator based on a result of the determination so as to reduce an X-ray dose or turn off irradiation. The processing circuitry generates a parametric image based on a feature amount determined by change in signal strength of each of pixels of a part of the plurality of contrast images sequentially generated before the X-ray generator is controlled based on the result of the determination.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus and X-ray diagnostic method

According to one embodiment, an image processing apparatus includes following units. The correspondence table describes a relationship between blood vessel contrasts and reference contrast medium concentrations and reference X-ray conditions. The acquisition unit acquires a blood vessel contrast by referring to the correspondence table based on the planned value of a contrast medium concentration and the X-ray condition. The calculation unit calculates a predictive pixel value of a region of interest set on the X-ray image based on the blood vessel contrast. The display unit displays the X-ray image while superimposing a partial image with the predictive pixel value on the region of interest.
