The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet is a sheet shaped pressure sensitive adhesive including an acryl-based base polymer. The acryl-based base polymer contains an acryl-based segment and a urethane-based segment, and a content of the urethane-based segment is 3 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the acryl-based segment. The urethane-based segment includes at least one urethane chain selected from the group consisting of a polyether urethane and a polyester urethane. The content of the urethane-based segment other than the polyether urethane-based segment is 15 parts by weight or less based on 100 parts by weight of the acryl-based segment.

A pressure sensitive adhesive includes an acryl-based base polymer. The acryl-based base polymer contains an acryl-based segment and a urethane-based segment. In the acryl-based base polymer, the content of the urethane-based segment is 3 to 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the acryl-based segment. A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet can be obtained by applying a pressure sensitive adhesive composition on a substrate in a layer form. The pressure sensitive adhesive composition may be curable and may include a polymerization initiator. In formation of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, the curable pressure sensitive adhesive composition may be, as necessary.

There is provided a flame-resistant composite member exhibiting remarkably high flame resistance even if having a flammable base material. The flame-resistant composite member according to the present invention has a film formed of a silicone resin composition (C) containing at least an inorganic oxide particle-containing condensation-reactive silicone resin on at least one surface of a base material. The inorganic oxide particle-containing condensation-reactive silicone resin may be a condensation-reactive silicone resin (A) including a crosslinked structural body wherein an inorganic oxide particle dispersed in a polysiloxane resin having a condensation-reactive group and the polysiloxane resin are crosslinked through a chemical bond. The silicone resin composition (C) may contain the condensation-reactive silicone resin (A) and an inorganic particle (B).

The present invention relates to a flame retardant material including: a silicone resin; and a flame retardant filler, in which the silicone resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of an addition type silicone resin, a self-crosslinking type silicone resin, a silicone resin component of a silicone rubber film-forming type emulsion and a silicone rubber powder.

Thereafter, the powdery calcined body calcined through the calcination process in hydrogen is held for several hours in vacuum atmosphere at 200 through 600 degrees Celsius for a dehydrogenation process. Thereafter, through powder compaction and sintering process, the powdery calcined body is formed into a permanent magnet.
