An electric circuit device includes a noise generating circuit unit which generates noises, a housing which stores the noise generating circuit unit thereinside, is electrically earthed, and includes an opening, a control board which is provided with a connector to connect a wiring to an outside, a base plate which is disposed between the noise generating circuit unit and the control board to cover the opening of the housing, and a high impedance component which has impedance higher than the base plate against the noises. The base plate includes a first base plate which supports the control board, and a second base plate which is separated from the first base plate. The first base plate and the second base plate are disposed to interpose the high impedance component therebetween.

Electrical circuit device

An electric power conversion device includes: an active circuit section emitting noises; an output-side filter circuit section; a chassis including a first space and a second space for housing the active circuit section and the filter circuit section respectively; and a base plate that is installed so as to cover at least the first space and is electrically connected to the chassis. Here, the chassis includes a first partition wall for partitioning the first space and the second space, the base plate is disposed so as to cover the first space, and includes a second partition wall along the first partition wall, and the second partition wall is disposed between the filter circuit section and the first partition wall in the first space.

Electric power conversion device

Provided is an electromagnetic noise analyzing apparatus, a controlling apparatus, and a controlling method in each of which the continuous change of the running state of a vehicle or a railway vehicle is considered. The controlling apparatus includes: a vehicle running control section which outputs, on the basis of operation information of a vehicle, a vehicle driving parameter as a driving state of the vehicle; a signal converting section which converts the vehicle driving parameter into a noise parameter as an electric parameter; and an electromagnetic noise analyzing section which calculates, on the basis of the noise parameter, the amount of electromagnetic noise propagating in the vehicle.

Electromagnetic noise analyzing apparatus, controlling apparatus and controlling method

A power conversion device includes: a metal housing; a power semiconductor module that is contained in the metal housing and converts direct electric current to alternating electric current; a capacitor module that is contained in the metal housing and arranged side by side with the power semiconductor module, wherein the capacitor module smoothes the direct electric current supplied to the power semiconductor module; a substrate that has a drive circuit part mounted in a first region, the drive circuit part driving the power semiconductor module, and a control circuit part mounted in a second region, the control circuit part controlling the drive circuit part, wherein the substrate is disposed so as to cover over the metal housing; a base plate that extends in a space in which the second region of the substrate and the capacitor module oppose to each other, and that is electrically connected to the metal housing; and a first noise shielding member that extends in a direction along a boundary between the first region and the second region of the substrate, wherein the first noise shielding member separates the space from a space of the housing in which the power semiconductor module is disposed, and the first noise shielding member is electrically connected to the metal housing or a ground of the control circuit part.

Power conversion device

An electric power conversion device includes a capacitor package. The capacitor package includes a first positive electrode bus bar that is connected to a positive electrode of the inverter circuit unit and connected to a smoothing capacitor. The capacitor package also includes a second positive electrode bus bar that is connected to a positive electrode on a battery side of the converter circuit unit and connected to the another smoothing capacitor. On a first side thereof the negative electrode bus bar directly overlaps the entire first positive electrode.

A power conversion device possesses a capacitor module, a power module, a circuit board on which a control circuit is mounted and which has a ground layer formed in a control circuit mounting region, a noise shielding plate, and a metal housing. The circuit board is above the capacitor module, and the noise shielding plate faces the control circuit mounting region between the circuit board and the capacitor module, in which the noise shielding plate has a plurality of connection parts to be electrically connected to the metal housing. A first end part on the power module side of the noise shielding plate is on the power module side more than a second end part on the power module side of the ground layer, and the connection part which is the closest to the first end part is provided on the power module side more than the second end part.

An electrical power converting device includes: a converter circuit part that includes a switching circuit and a transformer and converts a voltage between a voltage on a high voltage power source side and a voltage on a low voltage power source side in an unidirectional or bidirectional manner; a filter circuit part that is connected to a low-voltage side of the converter circuit part and includes an inductor and a capacitor; a control circuit board on which a control part is mounted, the control part controlling the switching circuit; and a metal housing in which an interior space of the housing is divided into a first accommodation space and a second accommodation space by a partition wall including a cooling liquid flow path, wherein the converter circuit part is arranged in the first accommodation space, and the filter circuit and the control circuit board are arranged in the second accommodation space.

Electrical power converting device

Provided is a power converter in which a magnetic core of a noise filter can be prevented from magnetic saturation and the noise filter can be downsized. A noise filterprovided in a power converter includes: a magnetic coreformed with a single through-holeA and forming a closed magnetic circuit; first wiringhaving one endconnected to a power conversion circuit and the other end drawn out from the second opening, and running through the through-holeA from one first openingto the other second opening; second wiringhaving one end connected to the other end of the first wiringand the other enddrawn out from the first openingas a filter output end, and running through the through-holeA from the second openingto the first opening; a first capacitorprovided between the ground and a connecting portionof the first wiringand the second wiring; and the second capacitorprovided between the other endof the second wiringand the ground.

Power converter

As an object of reducing a noise resulted from the mutual influences between circuit-configuring components, a DC-DC converter includes a high voltage circuit section that is electrically connected to a transformer, a low voltage circuit section that is electrically connected to the transformer, a housing in which the high voltage circuit section and the low voltage circuit section are accommodated, a control circuit board that controls the driving of the low voltage circuit section, and a frame that supports the control circuit board. The frame is arranged on a position facing a bottom surface of the housing while crossing the low voltage circuit section. The housing includes a first wall that separates a first space in which the high voltage circuit section is accommodated and a second space in which circuit components configuring the low voltage circuit section are accommodated. The frame forms a second wall that protrudes toward a direction approaching a leading end of the first wall.

DC-DC converter

Provided is a noise equivalent circuit for completing an EMC analysis in a practical time and through a low-cost calculation process at an upstream stage of system design. The noise equivalent circuit includes one or more energy sources; a propagation path for propagation of energy from the energy source including a conductive path such as a cable and an electromagnetic field coupling path due to the coupling of an electric field and a magnetic field with another electronic device or cable; and a GND port connected to a system, and each port is represented by the noise voltage source or the noise current source and the internal impedance. This noise equivalent circuit can determine an external impedance that is varied depending on a load connected externally or the distance from an external device or a cable, whereby the noise of the system as a whole can be analyzed.

Noise equivalent circuit

There is provided a device in which superimposition of noise radiated from a circuit is reduced, and a noise reducing effect of a filter is ensured. A DC-DC converter according to the present invention includes a transformer, a high voltage-side switching circuit section, a low voltage-side switching circuit section, a noise filter circuit section electrically disposed between the low voltage-side switching circuit section and the low voltage-side circuit section, a metallic case that houses the transformer, the high voltage-side switching circuit section, the low voltage-side switching circuit section, and the noise filter circuit section, a drive circuit board having a drive circuit that drives the low voltage-side switching circuit section, and a metallic base board having the drive circuit board mounted thereon. The case has a metallic partition wall connected to the case. The partition wall is disposed between the low voltage-side switching circuit section and the noise filter circuit section. The partition wall is connected to the base board.

Radiated noise caused by switching noise of power semiconductor elements in an electrical converter is reduced. The electrical converter is characterized in comprising: a case; a power module mounted on the case and comprising a plurality of power semiconductor elements; a metal plate mounted to the power module and fixed to the case; a control circuit board arranged on the metal plate, for controlling the power semiconductor elements; and a direct-current input terminal electrically connected to a battery. The electrical converter is also characterized in being provided at the bottom with a transmission or motor, and at the top with a connector for connecting the battery and the direct-current input terminal. The electrical converter is further characterized in that the metal plate is curved, and a portion of the curved metal plate is arranged in the space between the control circuit board and the direct-current input terminal.

Electrical converter

Provided is an electronic device that is provided with a filter circuit that suppresses the effects of electromagnetic noise propagated through space from a circuit board and reduces parasitic inductance, and can output a voltage with adequately reduced noise. To solve the above problem, in an electronic device provided with a cabinet (), a circuit board () provided in the cabinet, an output terminal () that passes through a through hole provided in the cabinet and outputs the output of the circuit board to the outside, the present invention constructs a loop composed of a filter means () having a filter capacitor (), an output terminal, a cabinet, and wires () for connecting these parts. The wire () connected to the cabinet is connected to a position close to the output terminal, and reduces the size of the loop. In addition, a shield () is provided between the filter means and the circuit board.

Electronic device

There is provided a power conversion apparatus which allows a noise current or voltage to be suppressed at a low cost and in a small size, the noise current or voltage mixing into the power conversion apparatus by propagating through a control wiring connected to an external appliance. The power conversion apparatus includes a housing, connection terminals provided on the housing, a control-circuit unit provided inside the housing, a wiring for establishing the connection between the connection terminals and the control-circuit unit, a first noise-removing unit connected between the wiring and the ground potential of the housing, and a second noise-removing unit connected between the wiring and the ground potential of the housing, and also in parallel to the first noise-removing unit.

Power conversion apparatus

There is provided a technology for realizing a low-cost electric power converter operating at low noise under a high-temperature environment. The electric power converter is provided with an enclosure, a power module including a switching element, a driver circuit for generating a signal for driving the switching element, a control circuit board for generating an actuating signal to be sent out to the driver circuit, a base plate with the control circuit board mounted thereon, and a connection part for connecting between the enclosure and the control circuit board. The enclosure is provided with two openings adjacent to each other, and the base plate or the opening of the enclosure is provided with the connection part.
