A plant monitoring apparatus according to an embodiment includes a determiner and a display processor. The determiner compares a first process value acquired in time series from a first point of a monitoring target in a plant and a limit value corresponding to the first process value to determine a time when the first process value exceeds the limit value. The display processor causes a display device to display, in time series, the first process value within a time range decided on the basis of the time obtained by the determiner and the limit value corresponding to the first process value.

Plant monitoring apparatus

In one embodiment, a plant monitoring system includes a threshold acquiring module, a judging module, and a warning module. The threshold acquiring module acquires in advance, based on a value obtained by leveling the dispersion in first process values corresponding to output values at a first point in a monitoring object and a value representing the dispersion, first thresholds representing a first range of the dispersion in the first process values and second thresholds representing a second range. The judging module compares the first process values chronologically acquired based on the output values at the first point with the corresponding first thresholds and second thresholds. The warning module creates alert information containing information on at least a time point when the first process value exceeds one of the first thresholds and the second thresholds.

A plant alarm apparatus has: plant data input means for periodically taking in plant data; a latest plant data value table for temporarily storing latest values of the plant data; plant data recording means for taking out the latest values of the data of the latest plant data value table and storing them in a plant history data table; alarm-triggering value alteration means for updating the points for detecting plant abnormality in an alarm-triggering value registration table in response to a request by an operator; alarm-triggering condition editing means for registering alarm-triggering conditions of points showing a foretoken of abnormality; deviation-from-limit-value determining means for reading the stored values of the alarm-triggering value registration table and the alarm-triggering condition table and comparing the limit values of the points for detecting abnormality; and alarm notification output means for outputting the outcome of the comparison.

Plant alarm apparatus and plant alarm method

A most recent value of data fetched from a plant facility is temporarily stored and extracted and then stored in a plant history data table. On another front, a monitoring point for monitoring a plant error is registered in response to an operator request. A monitoring point is used as a key to select and register a main variable point having a strong correlation from the plant history data table. A statistical upper/lower limit function is defined on the basis of time-series plant data of monitoring points and main variable points. By referring to information in a table in which a limit value function is stored, the limit value is periodically matched with the content of a plant-data most-recent-value table. If the most recent value is outside the limit range, deviation information is stored in a determination result table. If a new plant error occurs, an error signal and the content of the determination result table is outputted and displayed.
