A radiation image processing apparatus includes a display and a hardware processor. The display displays an image. The hardware processor is configured to perform the following, acquire radiographic moving image data comprising a plurality of frame images, subject the moving image data to predetermined analytical processing, generate an analyzed moving image comprising a plurality of analyzed frame images, select a plurality of specific analyzed frame images from the analyzed frame images of the analyzed moving image, derive a calculation signal value based on signal values of pixels having common coordinates positioned in common coordinates in the selected specific analyzed frame images, and cause a calculated image based on the calculation signal values generated according to coordinates to appear on the display.

Radiation image processing apparatus and radiation image capturing system

A dynamic analysis system includes a hardware processor. A first plurality of frame images showing a dynamic state of a chest of an intubated first examinee is obtained by radiation imaging of the chest of the first examinee. Based on the first plurality of frame images, the hardware processor calculates a signal value change amount and/or a shape change amount of a predetermined structure of the chest in the first plurality of frame images. Based on the calculated signal value change amount and/or shape change amount, the hardware processor generates assessment information to assess a respiratory status of the first examinee at time of intubation or extubation.

Dynamic analysis system

A dynamic analysis system includes: an analytic value calculation unit configured to calculate an analytic value in a plurality of time phases on the basis of a dynamic image in the plurality of time phases obtained by performing dynamic photography on the chest of a subject; a ventilation state calculation unit configured to calculate, using a non-linear function, an index value representing a ventilation state of a lung field from the analytic value in the plurality of time phases; a display unit; and a control unit configured to display the index value calculated on the plurality of time phases, on the display unit.

A radiation detector includes: a scintillator panel having a scintillator layer; and a photoelectric conversion panel having a support substrate, a light receiving element, and a switching element, wherein the light receiving element faces the scintillator layer, the photoelectric conversion panel has flexibility, and the scintillator layer is formed by being sealed with a moisture-proof material.

A scintillator panel includes: a flexible substrate; a phosphor arranged on the flexible substrate; and a thermal expansion compensation layer disposed between the flexible substrate and the phosphor, wherein a linear expansion coefficient of the thermal expansion compensation layer is greater than a thermal expansion coefficient of the phosphor, and surfaces, of the thermal expansion compensation layer and of the flexible substrate, in contact with each other each contain an organic substance.

Scintillator panel and radiation detector

The steps of the method to make the scintillator panel are providing a first support having thereon a phosphor layer; dividing the first support the phosphor layer into a plurality of scintillator panel sections each having a first support section and a phosphor layer section thereon; providing an adhesive member between a side of the first support section of each of the plurality of the scintillator panel sections and a side of a second support; adhering the plurality of the scintillator panel sections onto the second support; forming a protective layer on a whole surface of the plurality of the scintillator panel sections except a portion of the scintillator panel sections which is contacted with the adhesive member; and separating the scintillator panel sections with their protective layer thereon from the second support. The separated scintillator panel sections with their protective layer are then adhered to light receiving element to form the flat panel detector.

Method for producing scintillator panel, scintillator panel and flat panel detector

Disclosed is a scintillator panel provided with on a support a phosphor layer comprising columnar crystals and a protective layer sequentially in this order, wherein degraded areas on lateral surfaces of columnar crystals at an end of the phosphor layer and produced by a cutting treatment account for not less than 0% and not more than 40% of an area of all of the side surfaces of the columnar crystals. A production method of the scintillator panel is also disclosed.

Scintillator panel and production method thereof, flat panel detector and production method thereof

Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a flat panel detector such that the surface on the side of a fluorescent body layer of a scintillator panel which has the fluorescent body layer comprising a column crystal on the supporting body, is coupled to the planar light receiving element surface of a light-receiving element, comprising: a step of manufacturing the scintillator panel which has a larger area than that of the planar light receiving element surface; a step of trimming the edges of the scintillator panel, obtained by the step of manufacturing the scintillator panel, to correspond to the area of the planar light receiving element surface; and a step of coupling the edge-trimmed scintillator panel to the planar light receiving element surface, thus providing a flat panel detector which has an excellent productivity and that can be made small in size without non-image area.

Method of manufacturing flat panel detector

The scintillator plate has an undercoat layer and a phosphor layer. The phosphor layer has phosphor columnar crystals using the undercoat layer side as a base. When the phosphor layer is halved in terms of thickness in the lamination direction and the respective halves constitute a tip side portion and a base side portion of the phosphor columnar crystals, a ratio (B/A) of an optical transmittance (B) of the base side portion to an optical transmittance (A) of the tip side portion is not less than 70% and not more than 99%.

A flat panel radiation detector is disclosed, comprising a scintillator panel provided on a support with a phosphor layer comprising columnar crystals and a protective layer sequentially in this order, and the scintillator panel being coupled with a planar light receiving element having plural picture elements which are arranged two-dimensionally, in which the difference between to average void fraction of an edge portion of the phosphor layer and the average void fraction of a base portion is not less than 5% and not more than 25%, and the void fraction decreases from the base portion to the edge portion. There is provided a flat panel radiation detector with a phosphor layer which exhibits enhanced physical resistance to shock and is superior in sharpness and emission efficiency.
