An adjusting apparatus of a feed opening of a crushing chamber of a crusher includes one or more adjusting parts arranged in connection with the feed opening, which one or more adjusting parts is/are movable during crushing for adjusting a flow area of material which is to be crushed and is flowing through the feed opening to the crushing chamber. The front edges of the adjusting parts form a unitary flow opening, the flow area of which is adjustable by moving one or more adjusting parts. An adjusting system includes the adjusting apparatus for a feed opening of a crushing chamber of a crusher. A method for adjusting a pressing crusher or a crushing plant suitable for mineral material crushing. A method for avoiding a start peak of a crusher. A method for limiting power intake and/or crushing pressure of a crusher.

Adjusting apparatus, adjusting system, crusher, crushing plant and method for adjusting the crusher

A jaw crusher, a mineral material processing plant and a method for processing mineral material. The jaw crusher includes a fixed jaw and a movable jaw for forming a crushing chamber therebetween which is open at the top. The fixed jaw includes a first wear part mounted thereto and the movable jaw includes a pitman and a second wear part mounted thereto. The pitman is rotatably mounted to a first eccentric shaft. The pitman is further rotatably mounted to second eccentric shaft configured to guide the stroke of the movable jaw to create a movement pattern with a substantially linear crushing stroke, wherein the eccentricity of the second eccentric shaft is larger than that of the first eccentric shaft.

Jaw crusher, mineral material processing plant and method for processing mineral material

A jaw crusher including a fixed jaw and a movable jaw for forming a crushing chamber therebetween which is open at the top, the fixed jaw including a first wear part mounted thereto and the movable jaw including a pitman and a second wear part mounted thereto. The crushing chamber includes an upper section, a middle section, and a lower section having equal heights (h). The pitman is bearing-mounted to an eccentric shaft and to at least one slide member. The at least one slide member is configured to slide in a direction substantially perpendicular to the vertical diagonal of the crushing chamber. A method for crushing mineral material in a jaw crusher or a crushing plant is also disclosed.

Jaw crusher, crushing plant and crushing method

A conveyor for conveying mineral material vertically includes a conveyor frame; at least two conveyor main rolls or pairs of conveyor main pulleys, a plurality of conveyor guide rolls or conveyor guide pulleys and a first and a second endless conveyor belt. The main rolls or pulleys are arranged on top of each other and the guide rolls or pulleys are arranged outside each conveyor main roll or pulley at a circumference of a circle. The endless conveyor belts alternate between being moved on either a main roll or a pair of main pulleys or on a group of guide rolls or guide pulleys. The endless conveyor belts are arranged to be moved at a speed that any material being conveyed stays in contact with the surface of either the first or the second endless conveyor belts when being moved on a the conveyor guide rolls or pulleys.

Vertical conveyor

A crusher comprising at least a first crushing blade and a second crushing blade which are arranged to be rotary, one of the crushing blades being also arranged to move back and forth along a substantially harmonic linear path, and the rotating axes of the first crushing blade and the second crushing blade being parallel with the linear direction of movement of the second crushing blade. The second crushing blade is adjusted to move substantially harmonically back and forth along a linear path.
