A combustor of the present disclosure includes a combustor plate configured to have a downstream end face perpendicular to a combustor axis; a nozzle segment configured such that a plurality of first nozzles that inject a premixed gas of air and fuel from a side of the downstream end face are collectively disposed; and a plurality of second nozzles configured to inject the fuel from the downstream end face. A plurality of the nozzles segments are provided at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the combustor axis. Each of the second nozzles injects the fuel from a dividing region between the nozzle segments on the downstream end face.

Combustor and gas turbine

A combustor includes a plurality of fuel nozzles installed so as to be extended in a direction of a nozzle axis and configured to inject fuel toward one side in the direction of the nozzle axis, a pipe plate having a plurality of air holes formed therein so as to be extended in the direction of the nozzle axis, in which the air hole has an inner diameter larger than a tip end portion of the fuel nozzle and the tip end portions are respectively inserted into the air holes, and a step surface formed at a position of the tip end portion closer to the other side in the direction of the nozzle axis than a tip end surface of the tip end portion so as to be expanded in a radial direction with respect to the nozzle axis from a tip end outer peripheral surface.

A combustor includes: a tube plate having an upstream side end face and a downstream side end face that are orthogonal to a combustor axis, in which an air hole passing through the upstream side end face and the downstream side end face is formed in the tube plate; and a fuel injector that injects fuel into air passing through the air hole. The air hole has: a bent channel that curves toward a direction orthogonal to the combustor axis toward the downstream side; and an inclined channel that is connected to the downstream side of the bent channel so as to be continuous therewith, and that extends inclining with respect to the combustor axis and opens to the downstream side end face. A fuel injection position at which the fuel injector injects fuel is located on the downstream side of the upstream end of the bent channel.

A combustor includes: a fuel nozzle for injecting fuel; a combustion liner surrounding a combustion space for combusting the fuel and having an internal passage having an outlet communicating with the combustion space; and an air-fuel mixture line, connected to an inlet of the internal passage of the combustion liner, for introducing an air-fuel mixture containing the fuel and compressed air to the internal passage. The combustion liner is configured to be cooled by the air-fuel mixture flowing through the internal passage.

Combustor and gas turbine including the same

A combustor includes: a casing having an air chamber filled with air; at least one mixing passage forming member forming at least one mixing passage which is connected at an inlet side to the air chamber and at an outlet side to a combustion chamber and having an inlet at the inlet side of the at least one mixing passage so as to communicate with the air chamber; and at least one fuel nozzle disposed inside the air chamber and having a fuel injection hole, positioned upstream of the inlet of the at least one mixing passage forming member, for injecting fuel downstream.

The present invention is a downstream plate which is provided on a downstream side of an upstream plate includes an air inlet into which cooling air is introduced from a cooling air introduction pipe and a cooling flow path which extends in a direction along a surface of the downstream plate from the air inlet so as to avoid a premix tube and through which cooling air flows.

Fuel injector, combustor, and gas turbine

A gas turbine combustor provided with: a plurality of swirler tubes that are disposed inside a combustor basket and impart a swirl to a premixed gas, the premixed gas being obtained by premixing a fuel and air for combustion; and an outer ring that is disposed between the plurality of swirler tubes and the combustor basket with a gap provided between the outer ring and the combustor basket, and generates film-shaped air inside a combustor transition piece connected to the combustor basket via injection through the gap into the combustor transition piece, and at a downstream end of the outer ring, the outer ring includes a tapered surface formed such that the outer ring gradually decreases in thickness from an upstream side toward a downstream side.

Gas turbine combustor

A combustor includes: a nozzle main body having a shaft body and a swirl vane; a first fuel flow path configured to supply fuel to a first fuel injection hole defined in the nozzle main body; a second fuel flow path configured to supply fuel to a second fuel injection hole defined in the nozzle main body on a radial outer side of the first fuel injection hole; a first regulating valve provided in the first fuel flow path and configured to regulate a flow rate of the fuel in the first fuel flow path; a temperature sensor-configured to detect a temperature on a downstream side of the swirl vane; and a control device configured to control the first regulating valve so that the flow rate of the fuel in the first fuel flow path is lowered when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor satisfies a predetermined condition.

A burner assembly for a combustor includes: a plurality of first nozzles arranged in a circumferential direction of the combustor; a plurality of first burner cylinders accommodating the respective first nozzles; and a middle-flow-passage forming portion which is connected to a downstream end of the plurality of first burner cylinders and which forms a middle flow passage through which a combustion chamber of the combustor is in communication with an interior space of each of the plurality of first burner cylinders. The middle-flow-passage forming portion includes an inner peripheral wall disposed on a radially inner side of the combustor and formed such that a distance from a center axis of the combustor to the inner peripheral wall is uneven with respect to the circumferential direction.

A combustor includes a nozzle, a burner cylinder surrounding the outer circumference of the nozzle, and an outside flow path cylinder surrounding the outer circumference of a downstream end portion of the burner cylinder. A purge air flow path through which air flows is formed between the inner circumferential side of the outside flow path cylinder and the outer circumferential side of the burner cylinder. A tapered surface is formed in the downstream end portion of the burner cylinder such that the plate thickness of a burner cylinder-forming plate that forms the burner cylinder gradually thins toward the downstream side.

A combustor includes: a fuel nozzle extending along an axis; a tubular combustor basket configured to cover the fuel nozzle; and a tubular transition piece configured to define a cooling air passage through which air from outside is introduced between the tubular transition piece and an outer circumferential surface of a leading end portion of the tubular combustor basket. The tubular transition piece extends toward a leading end side of the tubular combustor basket.

A gas turbine combustor includes a pilot burner disposed on a central portion of a combustion liner; and a plurality of main burners disposed to surround the pilot burner. The pilot burner includes: a pilot nozzle disposed on the central portion of the combustion liner; and a pilot cone including a widened portion widening downstream away from a downstream end of the pilot nozzle, and an annular portion having an annular shape extending outward in a radial direction from a downstream opening end of the widened portion. The annular portion includes a first position in a circumferential direction and a second position different from the first position in the circumferential direction, and the first position and the second position have different widths in the radial direction.

Fuel injector and gas turbine

An injector includes: an upstream support plate into which a fuel gas is to be introduced and which has a shape of a tapered cylinder with a diameter which enlarges; a downstream support plate that defines a plenum at an inner side along with the upstream support plate; and premixing tubes, each of which is supported by the upstream support plate and the downstream support plate and is configured to introduce air. The premixing tubes are disposed in circular rows at equal intervals in a circumferential direction, and portions of the premixing tubes which are located in the plenum include fuel introducing holes.
