To provide a vapor chamber having excellent function of circulating a working liquid from an end portion to a center portion of a wick and enabling the prevention of the occurrence of dry-out. A vapor chamber includes a casing formed of a first sheet and a second sheet which face each other and whose outer peripheries are bonded to each other; a working liquid sealed in the casing; and a wick disposed on an inner wall surface of the first sheet or the second sheet. A wall portion is disposed around the wick as viewed in a top plan view of an inside of the casing.

Vapor chamber

A wire-wound coil component is an electronic component including a core main body, such as a molded body, containing a magnetic powder resin in which a resin serves as a binder, and an oxide film covering at least a portion of the surface, such as the lower surface, of the core main body. The electronic component further includes an external electrode including a base layer formed on the surface of the oxide film. The base layer is a metal layer having high affinity for oxygen.

A wire coil component includes a shaped article, a wire wound around the shaped article, and terminal electrodes to which the ends of the wire are connected. The shaped article is formed from a magnetic resin containing a binder resin and a magnetic metal powder and has a thermal expansion coefficient of about 12 ppm/K or more and about 16 ppm/K or less (i.e., from about 12 ppm/K to about 16 ppm/K) from −55° C. to 150° C.

A vapor chamber that includes a housing having a first sheet and a second sheet that oppose each other and that are joined to each other in a peripheral region of the housing; a working liquid enclosed within the housing; and a wick structure on an inside surface of the first sheet or the second sheet. In the vapor chamber, the wick structure includes multiple protruding portions and a grid portion integral with the protruding portions. In addition, surfaces of the protruding portions and a surface of the grid portion opposite the inside surface of the first sheet or the second sheet are positioned on a same flat surface.

A vapor chamber that includes a housing including a first sheet and a second sheet opposing each other and joined together at outer edges of the first sheet and the second sheet and defining a hollow vapor flow pass therein; a working fluid in the housing; a first wick in contact with the vapor flow pass; and a second wick between the first wick and an inner wall surface of at least one of the first sheet and the second sheet. The first wick defines a first liquid flow pass, the second wick defines a second liquid flow pass, and a first average diameter of the first liquid flow pass is smaller than or equal to 75% of a second average diameter of the second liquid flow pass.
