A laser welding method for welding materials having different thicknesses includes abutting two plates having different thicknesses such that one surface of the thin plate and one surface the thick plate are made flush with each other; and thereafter welding the plates by applying a laser beam to abutting surfaces thereof, wherein the laser beam is directed obliquely relative to an abutting end face of the thick plate, a target position of the laser beam is determined on the abutting end face of the thick plate, and a target position depth D on the abutting end face of the thick plate is determined based on the formula t/3&#x2264;D&#x2264;t where t is a thickness of the abutting end face of the thin plate.

Method for laser welding of materials having different thicknesses

A percutaneous absorption-type pharmaceutical preparation containing a sublimation drug is provided, where from a plaster layer, a drug is released as volatile substance with a lapse of time, but the released drug has no adverse effect on the handling of the preparation, and the quality of the preparation is maintained in storage over a long period of time. A percutaneous absorption-type pharmaceutical preparation, which comprises: a support comprising a plastic film and a nonwoven fabric; and a plaster layer containing a sublimation drug, wherein the plastic film and the nonwoven fabric are laminated with an adhesive having a glass transition temperature of 10&#xb0; C. or higher, and the plaster layer is laminated on opposite side of the plastic film surface that the nonwoven fabric is laminated with.

Percutaneous absorption-type pharmaceutical preparations

The present invention relates to a patch containing a substrate, a non-crosslinked adhesive layer (A) containing a drug laminated on one surface of the substrate and a crosslinked adhesive layer (B) laminated on the adhesive layer (A). According to the present invention, the percutaneous absorbability of the drug can be improved, and a patch free of problems such as adhesive residue and adhesive bleed can be provided.

Patch and production method thereof

A percutaneous absorption type preparation comprising a support and a plaster layer laminated thereon, which composes tulobuterol in a proportion of not less than 5 wt % in a dissolution state and an adhesive. The preparation of the present invention retains the active ingredient, tulobuterol, at a high concentration in a complete dissolution state in the plaster layer. Therefore, it is free of time-course changes in drug releasing property and adhesive property caused by precipitation of drug crystals with the lapse of time. The inventive preparation is superior in percutaneous absorption of the drug, particularly percutaneous absorption rate at the initial stage of the administration; shows superior duration of efficacy by maintaining effective blood concentration for a long time; and is associated with less changes with the lapse of time in adhesive property such as adhesion to the skin.

Percutaneous absorption type preparation

A percutaneous absorption preparation comprising a support and, formed on one side thereof, a plaster layer comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive and tulobuterol in an amount not lower than its saturation solubility in the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the tulobuterol contained in the plaster layer consisting of dissolved tulobuterol and crystalline tulobuterol with the ratio of the content of the crystalline tulobuterol to that of the dissolved tulobuterol being from 0.1 to 10.
