A mixing device for mixing a puncture repair liquid and compressed air includes a mixing chamber, a first inlet for supplying the compressed air in a first flow direction to the mixing chamber, a second inlet for supplying the puncture repair liquid to the mixing chamber, and an outlet for discharging a mixture of the puncture repair liquid and the compressed air from the mixing chamber. The outlet discharges the mixture in a second flow direction at a position displaced from a virtual line extending from the first inlet in the first flow direction.

A mixing device for mixing a puncture repair liquid and compressed air includes a mixing chamber, a first inlet for supplying the compressed air to the mixing chamber, a second inlet for supplying the puncture repair liquid to the mixing chamber, and an outlet for discharging a mixture of the puncture repair liquid and the compressed air from the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber includes a deposition section for depositing agglomerates contained in the puncture repair liquid. The deposition section is provided between the second inlet and the outlet.

A tread of a tire includes a plurality of blocks including a center block located on an equator plane and a side block located outward of the center block in an axial direction. The present invention relates to a method of increasing production of amorpha-4,11-diene which includes the step of attaching an enzyme inhibitor tointo which has been introduced a gene encoding amorphadiene synthase. The enzyme inhibitor inhibits at least one enzyme other than amorphadiene synthase, that catalyzes an enzymatic reaction in which farnesyl diphosphate acts as a substrate. The present invention also relates to a method of increasing production of natural rubber which includes the step of attaching an enzyme inhibitor to a rubber-producing plant. The enzyme inhibitor inhibits at least one enzyme other than enzymes involved in natural rubber synthesis, that catalyzes an enzymatic reaction in which farnesyl diphosphate acts as a substrate.

A pneumatic tire includes a tread portion with an unsymmetrical tread pattern that includes a circumferentially extending first main groove at a nearest side of an inboard tread edge, a circumferentially extending second main groove adjacent to the first main groove, and a middle land portion arranged therebetween. The middle land portion is provided with a plurality of inclined grooves, a plurality of inboard middle lateral grooves including one end communicated with the first main groove and the other end communicated with the inclined groove, and a plurality of outboard middle lateral grooves including one end communicated with the second main groove and the other end communicated with the inclined groove.
