A nozzle includes a mounting opening that is to be connected to an opening portion of a container, an outlet that jets liquid stored in the container, a side face that connects the mounting opening to the outlet, and a liquid storage portion that stores a part of the liquid stored in the container in the nozzle without jetting a part of the liquid from the outlet in a case where the liquid is to be jetted from the dispensing container, that is, in a case where the outlet faces downward in the direction of gravity.

Immunochromatographic kit

The present invention aims to allow production of a molded item having a highly precise shape. A molding metal mold is provided having a movable metal mold (first metal mold) and a fixed metal mold (second metal mold) defining a cavity therebetween in which a molded item is produced. The movable metal mold has a first convex taper tapering toward the fixed metal mold. The fixed metal mold has a first concave taper fittable with the first convex taper. The first convex taper and the first concave taper are arranged so that, when fitted to each other, respective taper surface abut to each other first, and then a clamping force of the movable metal mold and the fixed metal mold causes an abutting between an end surface and a bottom surface which are respective parting surfaces of the movable metal mold and the fixed metal mold around the cavity. The molding metal mold is used to produce a molded item by means of injection molding, for example.

An injection molding method and an injection mold used therefor are provided, in which a molded product free from burrs, whitening and gate marks can be obtained with a simple structure mold, and it can adequately serve the needs for multicavity molding as well. In the injection molding method, molten resin material is introduced and charged into a resin reservoir and a molding cavity of an injection mold, where a depth of the resin reservoir is larger than a thickness of a communicating portion. A cut punch is moved, when a portion of the resin material in the resin reservoir is still molten, to push the molten resin in the resin reservoir back from a gate into a runner so that the cut punch not only closes the communicating portion but also cuts a resin solidified portion in the resin reservoir away from a resin molded product in the molding cavity at the communicating portion.

Injection molding method and injection mold

A photo film cassette has a spool core about which photo film is wound in a form of a roll. A cassette shell contains the spool core in a rotatable manner. Two flanges have a disk shape, and are secured to respective ends of the spool core, for regulating lateral edges of the roll of the photo film. A circumferential lip is disposed on each flange, is extended toward the opposite one of the flanges, wraps one of the lateral edges of an outermost turn of the photo film of the roll, and prevents the photo film from being loosened. A rim portion is disposed on an circular edge of the circumferential lip confronted with the opposite one of the flanges, to project with a bend away from the spool core. A contact face is disposed on the rim portion, and contacts the one of the lateral edges of the photo film when the photo film is unwound from the spool core or wound back about the spool core. The contact face has a contact range of 0.15-0.8 mm in contacting the one of the lateral edges of the photo film.

First and second flanges are respectively secured to ends of the spool core, for regulating positions of sides of the photo film roll. A first ring-like lip is formed integrally with a periphery of the first flange, is projected toward the roll, is contacted on one edge of an outermost turn of the roll, and prevent the roll from being loosened. The first and second flanges are formed from resin in accordance with injection molding. The resin has temperature of thermal deformation being 80&deg; C. or higher under 18.6 kg/cm,, modulus in elasticity in flexure being 13,000-30,000 kg/cm,, surface hardness being 80 or more in Rockwell R-scale, and high fluidity in molds for the injection molding. The first and second flanges have an outer diameter of 15 mm or more, thickness of 0.3 mm or less, and a maximum projected area of 100 mm,or more as measured with a contour thereof kept substantially circular.

A coating method for applying a coating composition mainly containing an organic solvent onto a running flexible support 11 by ejecting the coating composition in an oversupply state from a slit 9 under pressure. A back edge top end surface 14 on the upstream side in the direction of running of the support with respect to the slit is set so as to be substantially parallel to the surface of the support. A liquid-detached position in which the coating composition ejected from the slit to overflow the slit is detached from a surface of the support 11 is set so as to be placed on the back edge surface opposite to the support.

The invention is characterized in that it includes a basement extending in parallel with the longitudinal direction of an application apparatus used to apply a magnetic dispersion liquid to a flexible carrier, a tracer movable on the basement, a traverser which can be moved from the tracer to a position over the edge surfaces of the application apparatus and be moved vertically relative to the surfaces, and a cleaning head coupled to the traverser at the end portion thereof so that the head can be placed in elastic contact with the edge surfaces.
