A center electrode assembly installed in a lumped-constant isolator includes a ferrite member having a substantially rectangular shape and three central conductors. Each of the central conductors includes a grounded leg portion which extends upward from a ground plate provided at the bottom surface of the ferrite along a side surface of the ferrite, which is bent at an upper ridge portion of the ferrite, and which extends on the top surface of the ferrite. The grounded leg portion of each of the central conductors is bent such that the grounded leg portion is substantially perpendicular to the upper ridge portion of the ferrite, and angular points of the central conductors, the angular points determining the crossing angle of the central conductors, are positioned on the top surface of the ferrite.

Non-reciprocal circuit elements, wherein a plurality of ceramic green sheets having given electrode films with pattern shapes formed respectively on them are collectively fired and integrated into one dielectric basic plate after they have been adhered under pressure by lamination. A plurality of electrode films with pattern shapes are laminated within one dielectric basic plate, so that the internal circuit which includes the central electrode, the matching circuit and so on are disposed with microwave, with the result that they can be smaller in size, higher in performance and easier to manufacture.

Non-reciprocal circuit elements

A non-reciprocal circuit element which includes a case, a circuit element main body provided in the case including central conductors disposed to intersect each other in an electrically insulated state and matching circuitry, and ferrite members disposed to confront the central conductors so as to impress a d.c. magnetic field. The case is made of an insulative resin, and covered by electrode films formed to constitute at least part of the circuit element main body and terminals for the central conductors.
