A charge cable lock device is for use with an inlet that includes an inlet housing. A charge cable including a rocking arm with a hooking portion is connected in a removable manner to the inlet. The charge cable lock device includes a lock member, a lock housing, and a fixing pin. The lock member is movable to a lock position and an unlock position and configured to contact the rocking arm to restrict disengagement of the hooking portion of the rocking arm from the inlet when the lock member is located at the lock position. The lock housing supports the lock member. The fixing pin is configured to be inserted into the lock housing and the inlet housing and fix the lock housing to the inlet traversing the lock housing and the inlet housing.

Charge cable lock device

A lock device includes an inlet arranged in a vehicle and having an inlet housing into which a charge cable is insertable. A lock mechanism is capable of locking the charge cable to the inlet. The lock device includes a lock mechanism attachment portion arranged in the inlet housing and enabling attachment of the lock mechanism to the inlet housing. The lock device may be located on an outer surface of the inlet housing and may include a movable lock pin that serves to retain a lock arm of the charge cable and may also be used to retain a lid for closing the inlet. With this system the inlet housing and lock mechanism form a single unit for ease of assembly.

Charge plug locking device

A lock device that locks or unlocks a locking subject includes a lock member moved between a lock position where the lock member locks the locking subject and an unlock position where the lock member unlocks the unlocking subject and a movable transmission member that acts to move the lock member to at least the lock position. A guide mechanism is arranged between the transmission member and the lock member. The guide mechanism includes a sloped lock guide surface. The lock guide surface guides the lock member to the lock position when the transmission member moves in a first direction.

Lock device

A lock device locks or unlocks a locking subject that relates to a power port and includes a lid. The lock device includes a detector that selectively generates a position detection signal at least corresponding to one of an open position where the lid is open, a closed position where the lid is closed, and a push position where the lid is pushed from the close position. A control unit controls locking or unlocking of the locking subject and a related device of the locking subject based on the position detection signal from the detector.

A lock device includes a lock member moved between a lock position, at which the lock member restricts removal of a locking subject from a power port, and an unlock position, at which the lock member permits removal of the locking subject from the power port. A transmission member is moved between a first position, at which the transmission member fixes the lock member at the lock position, and a second position, at which the transmission member permits movement of the lock member to the unlock position. A auxiliary unlocking mechanism includes a movable forcible unlocking member, which manually moves the transmission member to the second position, and a holding unit, which holds the forcible unlocking member while permitting such movement. The auxiliary unlocking mechanism may be used should there be failure of the main unlocking mechanism.

A lock device includes a helical gear driven by a motor. The helical gear is connected to a control shaft by a transmission member. Further, the helical gear is connected to a lid lock bar by a link bar. A coil spring constantly urges the lid lock bar toward a lid lock position.

A lock device for a power supplying plug arranged in a vehicle that performs wireless communication with an electronic key. The lock device includes a charge ECU that restricts unauthorized removal of the power supplying plug from an inlet of the vehicle. The vehicle includes antennas that transmit a wireless signal. A first one of the antennas relates to permission for removal of the power supplying plug. A second one of the antennas relates to unlocking or permission for unlocking of a door. A charge ECU stops transmitting the wireless signal from the first antenna when the vehicle is parked and the second antenna transmits the wireless signal. The charge ECU stops the transmission of the wireless signal related to the unlocking of the door when the wireless signal related to removal of the power supplying plug is transmitted.

Lock device for power supplying plug

A power feeding plug locking device that locks a power feeding plug to a power feeding inlet. The power feeding inlet is arranged in a machine including a door that can be locked. The locking device includes a lock mechanism of which operational state is shifted between a lock state and an unlock state. The lock mechanism prohibits removal of the power feeding plug from the inlet in the lock state and allows removal of the power feeding plug from the inlet in the unlock state. An operation unit is operated when switching the operational state of the lock mechanism between the lock state and the unlock state. A door lock state confirmation unit confirms whether the door of the machine is locked. A controller controls the operational state of the lock mechanism based on the operation of operation unit whether the door is locked.

Power feeding plug locking device

A power plug locking device that prevents unauthorized removal of a power plug from an inlet includes a lock member pivoted about its axis. The lock member is pivoted between a lock position, at which the lock member locks the power plug to the inlet, and an unlock position, at which the lock member releases the power plug from a state locked to the inlet. A manual operation unit is manually operated to pivot the lock member from the unlock position to the lock position. A position holding unit is formed to hold the lock member at the lock position and maintain the power plug in a locked state with the lock member.

Power plug locking device

A locking device for a power feeding plug installed in a vehicle. The vehicle includes an inlet that receives the power feeding plug to charge a battery, which powers a motor. A door antenna transmits a verification signal to an electronic key. The locking device includes a lock bar moved between lock and unlock positions. The lock bar blocks the power feeding plug, which is attached to the inlet, when located at the lock position to prohibit removal of the power feeding plug from the inlet. An inlet antenna transmits the verification signal to an area that includes the inlet. The inlet antenna and door antenna are arranged at different locations. A controller moves the lock bar when verification of the electronic key is accomplished in response to the verification signal from the inlet antenna.

Battery charging inlet and locking device

A lock device locks a lid, which protects the inlet, and a power supplying plug. The lock device includes a helical gear rotated by the motor. A helical gear is connected to a control shaft. The control shaft is moved to a hook lock bar lock position when the helical gear rotates counterclockwise from the reference position. The helical gear is connected by a transmission member to a lid lock bar. The lid lock bar is constantly urged toward a lid lock position by a coil spring. When the helical gear rotates clockwise from the reference position, the lid lock bar moves to the lid unlock position against the urging force of the coil spring.

A lock device includes a helical gear driven and rotated by a motor. The helical gear is connected to a hook stopper control member, which is moved to a projected position when the helical gear is rotated in a clockwise direction, and a lid latch, which is moved to a retracted position when the helical gear rotated in a clockwise direction. A coil spring constantly urges the lid latch to a projected position.

A locking device that prevents unauthorized removal of a power feeding plug from an inlet. The locking device is provided with a lock mechanism, which includes a lock member that locks the power feeding plug to the inlet, and an operation member, which is operated at least when shifting the lock mechanism to a lock state. The operation member applies an operation force to the lock member to mechanically move the lock member and shift the lock mechanism to a lock state.

Locking device for power feeding plug

A locking device that locks a power feeding plug to a power receiving connector and locks a lid covering the power receiving connector. The locking device includes a lock bar that locks a hook, which is arranged on the power feeding plug, to a catch, which is arranged on the power receiving connector. A hook restriction member permits and restricts movement of the lock bar. A lid restriction member permits and restricts opening of the lid. A motor moves the hook and lid restriction members.

Locking device

A locking device that locks a power feeding plug to an inlet of an plug-in vehicle to restrict removal of the power feeding plug from the inlet. The locking device includes a housing coupled to the inlet. The housing covers a peripheral portion of the inlet and includes a hook port that receives the hook when the power feeding plug is inserted into the inlet. A lock bar, which is arranged in the housing, moves between a lock position, in which the lock bar locks the hook to the inlet, and an unlock position, in which the lock bar permits the hook to move relative to the inlet. The lock bar, when located at the lock position, blocks the hook, which is hooked to the inlet, to restrict removal of the housing from the inlet.
