Display device

A method for manufacturing a display device includes a mounting process in which a frame terminal of a flexible display panel and a counter terminal of a flexible printed circuit substrate are electrically connected by thermocompression bonding. In the mounting process, the thermocompression bonding is performed in a state in which the flexible display panel is folded so that the flexible display panel includes an abutting portion abutting on a mounting stage and a folding portion where the flexible display panel is to be folded over the abutting portion in plan view.

Refrigeration cycle apparatus

A thrust magnetic bearing includes a stator having a coil, and a rotor. The stator includes main and auxiliary stator magnetic-pole surfaces. The rotor includes main and auxiliary rotor magnetic-pole surfaces facing the main and auxiliary stator magnetic-pole surfaces. When an electric current flows in the coil, an electromagnetic force in an axial direction is generated between the main stator and rotor magnetic-pole surfaces, and an electromagnetic force in a radial direction is generated between the auxiliary stator and rotor magnetic-pole surfaces. When the rotor is displaced in the radial direction, a radial force that acts on the rotor between the auxiliary stator and rotor magnetic-pole surfaces is increased in a direction of the displacement, and a radial force that acts on the rotor between the main stator and rotor magnetic-pole surfaces is increased in a direction opposite to the direction of the displacement.

A stator includes a stator core in which an annular back yoke is integrated with a plurality of teeth circumferentially arranged on the back yoke at intervals, and an insulator that sandwiches the stator core from axial sides of the stator core. The insulator is molded integrally with the stator core using resin molding such that the insulator covers an inner surface of a slot portion of the stator core. A motor includes a rotor and the stator radially facing the rotor. A compressor includes a hermetic container, a compression mechanism disposed in the hermetic container, the motor disposed in the hermetic container to drive the compression mechanism.

Stator, motor, and compressor having an integrally molded insulator

A stator for a motor of a compressor includes a stator core, insulator, coil, slot insulator, and inter-coil insulator. The stator core has a plurality of tooth portions arrayed circumferentially. The insulator is fitted to axial end faces of the stator core. The coil is wound on the tooth portions. The slot insulator is placed within slot portions that are spaces between circumferentially neighboring ones of the tooth portions, and which are interposed between the stator core and the coil. The inter-coil insulator is placed between circumferentially mutually neighboring windings of the coil. The inter-coil insulator is sheet shaped and folded over a width equal to double a sheet thickness at a folding-bottom portion extending along an axial direction. The folding-bottom portion is positioned on a distal end side of the tooth portions. Movement of the folding-bottom portion in a radial direction toward the rotor is restricted.

A compressor includes a casing, a compression mechanism arranged inside the casing, a motor arranged inside the casing, and an insulation sheet. The motor drives the compression mechanism. A first non-magnetic portion, a second non-magnetic portion, and a third non-magnetic portion are arranged around an axis, from an end toward the center of a permanent magnet burying hole. A fourth non-magnetic portion is further provided between the second non-magnetic portion and the third non-magnetic portion. Angles around the axis are determined as follows with reference to a position between permanent magnet burying holes. The position between the first non-magnetic portion and the second non-magnetic portion is expressed by a first angle. The position between the third non-magnetic portion and the fourth non-magnetic portion is expressed by a second angle, and the second angle is twice the first angle. The end of the third non-magnetic portion located closer to the pole center is expressed by a third angle. The first angle and the third angle are values obtained by dividing 360 degrees respectively by a value that is seven times, and a value that is three times, the number of the permanent magnet burying holes.

Motor and its rotor and magnetic core for rotor having arrangement of non-magnetic portions

A field element core has a perimeter exposed around a rotation axis and a plurality of field magnet insertion holes circularly disposed around the rotation axis P. A radius between the perimeter and the rotation axis P decreases in a monotonically non-increasing manner from a pole center toward an interpole and then increases in a monotonically non-decreasing manner in a region between the pole center and the interpole in a circumferential direction.

Field element

The field magnet is formed of, for example, two permanent magnets, and a width of the field magnet increases from a center toward both ends thereof in a monotonically non-decreasing manner. The field magnet includes, at the both ends thereof, projecting portions projecting to a side opposite to a rotation axis. The field core includes a penetration hole through which the field magnet is caused to penetrate. The penetration hole includes penetration surfaces which cover magnetic pole surfaces of the field magnet, respectively. Specifically, the penetration surface includes concave portions with which the projecting portions are fitted. When the field magnet is inserted, the penetration surfaces serve as a guide which guides the field magnet, and accordingly the field magnet can be caused to penetrate through the penetration hole with ease.
