A mobile charging apparatus is provided. The apparatus comprises a battery for charging a work machine; a movement unit that causes the mobile charging apparatus to autonomously move; and a controller that executes a program to perform control such that the movement unit moves the mobile charging apparatus to a predetermined position to wait for the work machine.

An information providing system for an internal combustion engine includes an internal combustion engine, which includes an electronic control type fuel injecting device, an operation permitting device, which can be removably mounted on the internal combustion engine, wherein while the operation permitting device is mounted on the internal combustion engine, which is associated with the operation permitting device in advance, the operation permitting device supplies electric power to the fuel injecting device at a start of the internal combustion engine, and an information providing device, which provides information about use of the internal combustion engine to a destination associated with a user of the operation permitting device, based on an operation history of the associated internal combustion engine. The operation permitting device includes a transmission unit that transmits, to the information providing device, user information of the operation permitting device and the operation history of the associated internal combustion engine.

Information providing system

A working machine management system includes a working machine having a prime mover and a control unit and a key device which is detachable from the working machine and is used for operating the working machine. The key device stores first authentication information for identifying a drivable working machine and second authentication information necessary for the prime mover to continuously operate. When the key device is attached to the working machine, the control unit confirms validity of the key device based on the first authentication information, compares input information from the outside with the second authentication information to determine whether the prime mover can be operated if the key device is valid, and controls operation of the prime mover according to the determination result.

A load operating device includes a power supply device which is detachable from a load and can supply power to the load in a state of being attached to the load and an electrical connection device which is provided integrally with the load and electrically connects the power supply device and the load in a state where the power supply device is attached to the load. In a liquid transfer system that transfers water of a river to a container by way of a liquid pump, a container, a liquid pump, and a liquid pump in this order, an engine device has a communication interface for performing communication with another engine device, and transmits, after the driving of a liquid pump is started, start instruction information instructing the start of driving a liquid pump to an engine device installed next to the liquid pump on a downstream side in a water transferring direction on the basis of information indicating a driving record of the liquid pump. In an engine pump having received the start instruction information, the driving of the liquid pump is started.

Control device for general purpose engine

A control device of a general-purpose engine which can continue operation of a working machine even when an operation management unit of the working machine has failed. The control device includes an engine control unit that controls the general-purpose engine based on a command from the operation management unit managing an operating state of the working machine, a communication interface for communicating with an external device; a management program acquisition unit that acquires a management program that is used by the operation management unit to manage the operating state, from the external device through the communication interface and stores the acquired management program in a storage medium, and an operation management substitute unit that manages the operating state of the working machine in place of the operation management unit in accordance with the management program when a failure of operation management unit is detected.

A startup assistance device, which assists startup of an internal combustion engine in which fuel is supplied from an electronically controlled fuel injection device and ignition is performed by an ignition device, includes a recoil starter which is driven by manpower and which performs cranking for starting up the internal combustion engine, an electric rotary machine which adds torque to a crankshaft of the internal combustion engine during at least one of a startup period of the internal combustion engine using the recoil starter and a standby period before the startup period, a power source unit which supplies power to the electric rotary machine, and a control unit which controls the magnitude and time of the torque output by the electric rotary machine.

A navigation assist system having a plurality of navigation assist apparatuses installed on small boats like motorboats each fitted with an outboard motor to be able to navigate in a predetermined water area, and a server placed on land to communicate with the navigation assist apparatuses. A failure prediction system having small boats operable by operators, each mounted with an outboard motor equipped with an engine and an Electronic Control Unit and a computer located in a land office connected to the ECU. The ECU acquires boat ID assigned to one small boat on which one operator boards and his personal ID, accesses the computer to acquire past manipulation data of the acquired personal ID for all boats, acquires manipulation data of the one operator during current run, merge the data with past data to generate merged data. Then, it select a parameter in the generated data and set a normal value range by the parameter, assesses whether parameter in the data during current run is within the range, and determines the outboard motor mounted on the one boat is in failure when the parameter is out of the range.

Small boat failure prediction system

There is provided a marine telecommunications network building system to communicate from one of boats navigating on sea to a base station on land with a telecommunications terminal mounted on each of the boats. The telecommunications terminal is configured to build the telecommunication network to establish a communication paths enabling mutual communication between one of the boats exists out of the communication range with the base station and other of the boats that exists within the communication range such that the one of the boats communicates with the base station.

Engine control apparatus

In an apparatus for controlling ignition of a general-purpose internal combustion engine in which an ignition signal is produced both in a compression stroke and in an exhaust stroke of a four stroke cycle, one of the ignitions to be conducted based on the produced two ignition signals is cut and an after-ignition-cut engine speed is detected. Then it is discriminated whether each of the two ignition signals was produced in the compression stroke or in the exhaust stroke based on a difference between an average engine speed and the after-ignition-cut engine speed, and the ignition is controlled based on the ignition signal discriminated to be produced in the compression stroke in the two ignition signals, thereby enabling to improve the duration life of an ignition plug, with simple and compact structure.
