In an integration valve, a body, in which a vapor-liquid separating space is provided, includes a fixed throttle decompressing liquid-phase refrigerant, a liquid-phase refrigerant side valve body member opening or closing a liquid-phase refrigerant passage, and a vapor-phase refrigerant side valve body member opening or closing a vapor-phase refrigerant passage. Further, the vapor-phase refrigerant side valve body member is configured by a differential pressure regulating valve operated based on a pressure difference between a refrigerant pressure at a side of the vapor-phase refrigerant passage and a refrigerant pressure at a side of the liquid-phase refrigerant passage. The vapor-phase refrigerant side valve body member is movable when the liquid-phase refrigerant side valve body member is moved by a solenoid. Therefore, a cycle configuration of a heat pump cycle configuring a gas injection cycle can be simplified.

Integration valve and heat pump cycle

A vapor-liquid separating space is provided in a body. The body houses a fixed throttle-decompressing liquid-phase refrigerant, and an integration valve member selectively opening or closing a liquid-phase refrigerant passage and a vapor-phase refrigerant passage. The integration valve member is moved by a stepping motor connected to the integration valve member via a shaft. Accordingly, a cycle configuration of a heat pump cycle working as a gas injection cycle can be simplified.

Integration valve

In an integrated unit including an evaporator and an ejector located inside a tank of the evaporator, a first vibration-isolating seal member and a second vibration-isolating seal member are disposed in a gap between an outer surface of the ejector and an inner surface of the tank. The first vibration-isolating seal member is located between a refrigerant discharge port and a refrigerant suction port of the ejector in a longitudinal direction, and the second vibration-isolating seal member is located between a refrigerant flow inlet of the ejector and the refrigerant suction port in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the first vibration-isolating seal member has a seal capability lower than that of the second vibration-isolating seal member, and a vibration isolation capability higher than that of the second vibration-isolating seal member.

Integrated unit for refrigeration cycle device

A heat exchange portion is configured by arranging a condenser for air conditioning, an EV radiator, and a FC radiator in one plane substantially perpendicular to a direction in which a fuel cell vehicle moves, at a front portion of the fuel cell vehicle, in order of an operating temperature, from an upper position to a lower position. A fan is provided behind the heat exchange portion such that a center thereof is closer to the condenser than to the FC radiator. In addition, a fan shroud is provided, in which plural ram pressure holes are formed in a portion which covers the FC radiator.

Heat exchange apparatus and hybrid vehicle including heat exchange apparatus

A cooling circuit of a cooling apparatus for a fuel cell comprises a compressor for compressing a gaseous refrigerant, an external heat exchanger arranged on the downstream side of the compressor and for liquefying the compressed refrigerant, a pressure-reducing means arranged on the downstream side of the external heat exchanger, and an accumulator for storing the refrigerant which cools a fuel cell stack main body. The stack main body is connected to the cooling circuit between the pressure-reducing means and the accumulator and a four-way valve is arranged between the compressor and the external heat exchanger, and between the stack main body and the accumulator in the cooling circuit, and the four-way valve introduces the refrigerant from the compressor to the external heat exchanger during the cooling operation, and introduces it to the stack main body during the warming-up operation.

Cooling apparatus for fuel cell utilizing air conditioning system

Residual stress generated in strip metal W is removed by annealing the strip metal W which has gone through a pressing process, and a compressing process is implemented thereafter whereby, as portions hardened due to work-hardening (in particular, folded portions ) can be softened, the strip metal W which has gone through the pressing process can be easily compressed so that the radius of curvature of the folded portions is reduced to a predetermined dimension, thereby making it possible to improve the dimensional accuracy of the finished fin even if the fin is made of a metal having a relatively high hardness (stainless steel).

An air conditioner includes a case accommodating an evaporator having a core portion and a lower tan disposed at a bottom of the core portion. The case has a recess portion disposed at an upstream air side of the evaporator, and a covering wall is formed to extend upwardly from the bottom of the recess portion to cover only the lower tank at an immediately upstream air side. When air passes through the evaporator, alien substances contained in air collide with the evaporator and fall to be deposited in the recess portion. Therefore, the deposition of the alien substances do not directly adhere to the lower tank of the evaporator to prevent the evaporator from being corroded.

Air conditioner for preventing corrosion of evaporator

A refrigerant passage formed by a pair of metallic thin plates therebetween is divided into many subpassages by a corrugated inner fin. The subpassages are independent from one another and are elongated in the longitudinal direction of the thin plates. An inlet tank portion is provided at an end of the refrigerant passage, and communicating portions are provided between the inlet tank portion and the subpassages. One of the communicating portions provided at an air upstream side in an air flow direction has a flow resistance of refrigerant smaller than that of the other communicating portion provided on an air downstream side. Accordingly, an amount of the refrigerant flowing in the subpassages on the air downstream side is controlled to be smaller than that on the air upstream side.

A refrigerant evaporator 5 constructed by a refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchanger section 32 having an inflow passageway 38 and an outflow passageway 39, and a refrigerant-air heat exchanger section 34 having a bottom tank 48, a top tank 49 and evaporating passageways 100 connecting the tanks 48 and 49 with each other. An orifice 33 is arranged between the inflow passageway 38 of the refrigerant-air heat exchanger section 34 and the inlet tank 48 of the refrigerant-air heat exchanger section 34. The refrigerant in the bottom tank 48 is introduced into all of the evaporating passageways 100, so as to obtain a single, upward direction of flow of the refrigerant in the evaporating passageways 100.

Refrigerant evaporator

According to the present invention, an outlet tank and an inlet tank are formed in one end side of a plurality of connecting bodies and the bent portions are formed in other end side of the connecting bodies. The plurality of the connecting bodies is formed by a pair of pressed plates and is laminated to form a predetermined space in which the fin is installed, thus creating a laminated type heat exchanger. The bent portions are formed in a bottom end portion of the connecting body, and in the remaining bottom end portion of the surface, there is formed an extending portion which extends to a side lower than the bottom end portion of the fin. Therefore, even when the condensed water becomes a water drop between the surface of the connecting body and the surface of the fin, the drop does not stay for a long time and is efficiently drained by the extending portion downwardly.

Laminated type heat exchanger

According to the present invention, the tube element includes a connecting portion for connecting the pair of core plates at an upstream air side, an extending portion extending from each of the connecting portions of the core plate at the upstream air side and having a fin connecting portion connected to the corrugated fin, and a further upstream end portion of the extending portion located at an upstream side of the fin connecting portion which is located away from the corrugated fin to form a predetermined gap with the corrugated fin so as to communicate with the air passage. The extending portion including the fin connecting portion closes the whole space between the tube elements and the adjacent corrugated fins at the more upstream air side of the refrigerant passage, so that the air entering between the tube elements and the adjacent corrugated fins can be substantially shut off.

A laminate-type evaporator is disclosed which is formed of a main heat exchanger, an auxiliary heat exchanger, and a connecting member integrally brazed, such that brazing performance between the auxiliary heat exchanger and the connecting member is enhanced and moisture does not remain between the auxiliary heat exchanger and the connecting member, while setting brazing temperature to a temperature which does not melt the main heat exchanger and also while shortening brazing time. Convexities are formed on a block joint, and a width of a brazed portion connecting these convexities and an end plate is made to be 5 mm or less. Additionally, a dimension of a clearance between the end plate and block joint is made to be 0.5 mm or more.

Laminated-type evaporator

A refrigerant evaporator for a refrigeration cycle which separates a refrigerant of a two-phase gas and liquid state introduced from a pressure reduction means into a liquid refrigerant and a gas refrigerant by a gas and liquid separation means and distributes at least the liquid refrigerant to a plurality of refrigerant passageways of a heat exchange portion by a distribution means such as a tank. The distributed refrigerant has a single phase such as a liquid refrigerant and therefore the distribution is uniformly and equally carried out, the efficiency of the evaporator becomes higher, and the size can be reduced.

A refrigerant evaporator for a refrigeration cycle provided with a heat exchanging unit, comprising a passageway to be cooled and a cooling passageway, and an evaporating unit for cooling the air, wherein a part of the inflowing refrigerant is divided, passed through a throttle to be reduced in pressure, and then passed through the cooling passageway of the heat exchanging unit, the inflowing refrigerant passing through the passageway to be cooled is cooled and completely changed to the liquid state and then passed into the evaporating unit, whereby the refrigerant is uniformly distributed to a plurality of refrigerant passageways of the evaporating unit.
