A bearing performance automatic calculation service device is provided which allows a user to receive an automatic calculation service at any time in any location, which easily ensures reliability in terms of leakage of transmitted/received data, and which is easily used in terms of an input operation. An e-mail address is assigned, which is used only for receiving a request for an automatic calculation service. It is determined whether authentication information and a description content of a fileattached to an e-mailsatisfy a condition. Evaluation of performance of a bearing with respect to a determined evaluation item by means of a calculation formula on the basis of the file is performed. Bearing performance automatic calculation service device

There is provided a lubricating method for a rolling bearing assembly capable of achieving a reliable lubrication and exhibiting a stable temperature rise. The method is for supplying a lubricant oil to the rolling bearing assembly during the operation thereof, in which in order to keep the temperature of a rolling bearing assembly () within a predetermined tolerance, the amount of the lubricant oil to be supplied during the operation is automatically or manually adjusted by means of a supply adjusting unit (). Supply of the lubricant oil is performed in the form of an air/oil mixture by the use of a lubricant supply unit (). The amount of the lubricant oil supplied varies depending on the rotational speed of the rolling bearing assembly (). Change of the amount of the lubricant oil supplied depending on the rotational speed of the rolling bearing assembly () is carried out based on a result of sampling of data showing increase in temperature of the rolling bearing assembly () depending on the rotational speed thereof under a plurality of different lubricating conditions in which a different amount of the lubricant oil to be supplied is employed.

Method of and device for lubricating rolling bearings

A rolling bearing is constructed so that, even though adapted for seals, strength of the bearing rings and reduction of the front width will not occur. Also dimensions equivalent to a non-sealed type bearing can be achieved. Rolling elements are disposed between an inner ring and an outer ring with seals provided. One seal is fitted in a pressed state on a peripheral surface portion of a cylindrical surface forming a counterbore of the outer ring. By pressing, the seal is mounted without forming a slot. The other seal is fitted in a slot. The inner ring and the outer ring, or rolling elements of a bearing comprising the outer ring, inner ring, rolling elements and a retainer are subjected to carbonitriding and a grease using a urea compound as a thickening agent is sealed in the bearing.
