Glass transition temperature of the noise damperis in a range of from −55 degrees Celsius to −45 degrees Celsius.

A pneumatic tire capable of reducing rolling resistance and discharging static electricity generated during running, wherein each of a tread rubber, a breaker rubber, and a sidewall rubber formed on the tread part, the breaker part, and the sidewall part, respectively, has a volume specific resistivity of 1&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm or more, the pneumatic tire further including a conduction rubber embedded in the tread part so as to be at least partially exposed to a surface of the tread part, bead part rubber disposed at a region contacting a rim flange of the bead part, and electroconductive rubber electrically connecting the conduction rubber to the beat part rubber, wherein each of the conduction rubber, the bead part rubber, and the electroconductive rubber has a volume specific resistivity of less than 10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm.

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a pneumatic tire, that does not cause an air-in phenomenon between an inner liner and an insulation or carcass by preventing adhesion of an inner liner to a bladder. The method for producing a pneumatic tire according to the present invention includes the following steps. A green tire using, as an inner liner, a polymer composition in which a polymer component contains 100 to 60% by mass of a styrene-isobutylene-styrene triblock copolymer and 0 to 40% by mass of a polyamide-based polymer that contains polyamide in the molecular chain and has a Shore D hardness of 70 or less is prepared. The green tire is mounted in a mold and vulcanized while being pressurized by a bladder. The resultant vulcanized tire is cooled at 10 to 120&#xb0; C. for 10 to 300 seconds.

Method for producing pneumatic tire

A pneumatic tire and noise damper assembly comprises a pneumatic tire manufactured by vulcanization using an expandable bladder for molding an inner surface of the tire, the bladder with at least one vent groove extending on its outer surface, the inner surface of the tire being provided with at least one projecting stripe molded by the vent groove of the bladder, and a noise damper being attached to the inner surface of the tire and extending in the circumferential direction of the tire, wherein the projecting stripe comprises at least one first projecting stripe extending in an adhesion region to which the noise damper is attached, and the first projecting part has a height of from 0.2 to 1.0 mm, a width of from 0.4 to 1.6 mm and an virtual section area of from 0.08 to 1.00 mm.
