A manufacturing apparatus for heat dissipation fins can stably operate a stacker apparatus when stacking and collecting heat dissipation fins. Drop guide blades are provided above a holding apparatus for the heat dissipation fins disposed downstream of a cutoff apparatus that cuts a heat dissipation fin molding formed by a press apparatus into heat dissipation fins. When a stacker apparatus receives a heat dissipation fin from the holding apparatus, the drop guide blades approach the stacker apparatus and the heat dissipation fin is stacked and collected in the stacker apparatus by dropping to the stacker apparatus while being guided by the drop guide blades. A guide apparatus includes: a first guide portion provided with a plurality of first guide pins that extend in an inclined direction; a second guide portion provided with a plurality of second guide pins that extend in an inclined direction in an opposite direction; a first guide pin axial direction moving apparatus that moves the first guide portion along an axial direction; a second guide pin axial direction moving apparatus that moves the second guide portion along an axial direction; a first guide pin row direction moving apparatus that moves the first guide portion along the row direction; and a second guide pin row direction moving apparatus that moves the second guide portion along the row direction. The hairpin-shaped heat exchanger tubes are held in gaps between the first guide pins and the second guide pins.

A conveying apparatus can achieve high-speed conveyance of a molded body for flattened tube fins, prevent generation of noise during conveyance, and have a smaller size. A conveying apparatus conveys a molded body for flattened tube fins obtained by providing a metal thin plate with cutaway portions, before the metal thin plate is cut into a predetermined length. The conveying apparatus includes a rotary conveying body including a plurality of protrusions that are tapered and able to enter the cutaway portions, and including a rotation shaft in a direction orthogonal to a conveying direction of the molded body for flattened tube fins in a horizontal plane, and a rotary conveying body driving unit that rotates and drives the rotary conveying body. An alignment apparatus for aligning hairpin-shaped heat-exchanger tubes at a regular pitch. An insertion position side is configured as a regular pitch alignment unit where arrangement plates are provided at an interval that is double the pitch of through-holes in a fin stack. An upstream side is configured as a wide pitch alignment unit where arrangement plates are provided at an interval equal to an integer multiple of two or more times the regular pitch alignment unit. The regular pitch alignment unit is provided with stopper apparatuses that stop the hairpin-shaped heat-exchanger tubes at different positions in an inclined direction for the respective arrangement plates.
