A liquid pressurizing apparatus, comprises a tank provided on a device installation surface for storing liquid so that a fluid level is located above the device installation surface; and a vertical pump including a suction port connected to the tank, multi-stage impellers arranged in a vertical direction, and a discharge port for discharging the liquid passing through the multi-stage impellers. The multi-stage impellers include a first stage impeller positioned at the lowest part of the multi-stage impellers and being configured such that the liquid from the suction port flows into the first stage impeller. The first stage impeller is disposed below the device installation surface.

A turbine rotor blade row includes: a plurality of turbine rotor blades disposed along a circumferential direction of a hub. An inter-blade flow channel has a first cross-sectional shape perpendicular to a radial direction of the hub at a first position in the radial direction, and a second cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the radial direction of the hub at a second position farther from the hub than the first position in the radial direction. The first cross-sectional shape has a throat portion between an inlet and an outlet of the inter-blade flow channel in an axial direction of the hub.

An impeller includes a disk, a long blade that is disposed at an interval in a circumferential direction on a disk surface on a first side in an axial direction of the disk, and that reaches an outer peripheral edge of the disk, and a short blade that is disposed between the long blades adjacent to each other on the disk surface, and that reaches the outer peripheral edge. A circumferential length of the short blade gradually increases as the short blade faces outward in the radial direction, and a circumferential length of the long blade in the outer peripheral edge is smaller than the circumferential length of the short blade in the outer peripheral edge.

A low-pressure-vapor-recovery turbine generator that effectively recovers low-pressure steam emitted from a high-pressure-side steam turbine to generate electric power is provided. A low-pressure-vapor-recovery turbine that recovers low-pressure steam emitted from a high-pressure-side steam turbine and is rotationally driven, a generator that generates electric power with a rotational output of the low-pressure-vapor-recovery turbine, and a condenser that condenses into liquid exhaust steam from the low-pressure-vapor-recovery turbine are provided. The low-pressure-vapor-recovery turbine, generator, and condenser are installed in a portable outer casing that can be transported.
