A rotating electric machine rotor according to the present disclosure includes: a rotor shaft extending in a direction of an axis of rotation; and a rotor core fixedly fitted to an outer circumference of the rotor shaft and formed of laminated steel sheets. Further, an inner diameter of the rotor core is smaller than an outer diameter of the rotor shaft. Furthermore, an inner edge part of each laminated steel sheet is made thinner than an outer edge part thereof, and the inner edge part abuts on an outer peripheral surface of the rotor shaft and is curved along the outer peripheral surface of the rotor shaft in the direction of the axis of rotation.

A stator of a rotary electric machine comprises a stator core and a stator coil that is wound around the stator core. The stator coil includes a first segment coil, a second segment coil, and a first connecting member that has a first fitting recess portion at a first end of the first connecting member and a second fitting recess portion at a second end of the first connecting member, the first connecting member connecting the first segment coil and the second segment coil by fitting the first segment coil into the first fitting recess portion and by fitting the second segment coil into the second fitting recess portion.

This disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a laminated core including a plurality of poles arranged side by side in a circumferential direction, each pole having three or more magnet housing holes and magnets housed in the magnet housing holes. The manufacturing method includes: a step of preparing a lamination having the magnet housing holes; a step of injecting sealing resin into a pair of magnet housing holes arranged at symmetric positions with respect to a line extending in a radial direction of the lamination, with the magnets being disposed in the pair of respective magnet housing holes; and a step of injecting sealing resin into another magnet housing hole, with the magnet being disposed in the magnet housing hole.

Method of manufacturing laminated core

A stator for a rotary electric machine includes a stator core, three-phase coils, and a neutral point connection conductor. The three-phase coils are wound around the stator core. The neutral point connection conductor is connected to each of the three-phase coils. The neutral point connection conductor includes a linear conductor that is bent. The linear conductor includes two end portions and an overlapping portion in which the conductor is folded back and doubled up. One of the two end portions is connected to one-phase coil of the three-phase coils. The other of the two end portions is connected to another-phase coil of the three-phase coils. The overlapping portion is connected to the remaining-phase coil of the three-phase coils.

A stator includes a stator core, a plurality of phase windings, a neutral line and a fixing portion. The plurality of phase windings is wounded a plurality of times by a predetermined winding method crossing between a plurality of slots. One lead end of each phase winding is a neutral point connecting portion, and the one lead end is pulled out from an axially end portion of the stator core. The neutral line connects the neutral point connecting portions of the phase windings of different phases together. The neutral line is separate from the phase windings. A thermistor includes a case having a bottom section at one end and an opening section at the other end, a thermistor element housed in the case, a conducting wire housed in the case and connected to the thermistor element, and a lead wire connected to the conducting wire. The lead wire has a first portion including an insulating coating, and a second portion connected to the conducting wire and exposed from the insulating coating. A resin is filled up to a position away from an end edge of the opening section toward the bottom section so as to enclose at least the thermistor element, the conducting wire, and the second portion. The first portion is guided out of the resin to the outside of the case. An inner peripheral surface of the opening section is curved so as to increase an opening area of the opening section.

A stator includes a stator core, a stator attachment and a plurality of segment coils. The stator core has a yoke portion, stator teeth and stator slots. The stator attachment is placed on an axial end surface of the stator core. The stator attachment includes attachment teeth, attachment slots and varnish guide faces. Each of the attachment slots communicates with an axial open end of each of the stator slots. The varnish guide faces approach an axially central side toward an attachment slot side in the radial direction. The segment coils are fixed to the stator core with varnish. Each segment coils includes plurality of conductor segments. The conductor segment is bent by making contact with the attachment teeth.

The stator includes a stator core, a plurality of phase windings, a neutral line and a fixing member. The plurality of phase windings are wounded a plurality of times by a predetermined winding method crossing between a plurality of slots. One lead end of each phase winding is supplied with a phase current. The other lead end of each phase winding is a neutral point connecting portion. The other lead end is pulled out from an axially end portion of the stator core. The neutral line connects the neutral point connecting portions of the phase windings of different phases together. The neutral line is separate from the phase windings. The fixing member fixes the neutral line to a yoke portion via an intermediate member. The intermediate member is made of resin.
