A drain pipeincludes an upper end portionwhich is connected to a concaveof a leading endof an exhaust tube, and a lower end portionwhich is opened to the inside of a warm air furnace below the concave. The lower end portionis formed as a tubular portion where a membrane is formed at a plane orthogonal to an axis lineby a surface tension of a drain. A leading endof the tubular portion is formed as an openingwith an area large enough such that the membrane is not generated by the surface tension of the drain.

Warm air furnace

An electrical junction box has a fitting member for securing the junction box to a vehicle body. The fitting member has a breakdown accelerating portion for enhancing breakdown of the fitting member when the junction box is pulled to remove it from the vehicle body. The breakdown accelerating portion is positioned in a base side of the fitting piece. By a transverse force caused by pulling an associated wiring harness, the breakdown accelerating portion initiates breakdown of a bracket to separate the junction box from the bracket. Another fitting device has a fitting member formed on a junction box for securing the junction box to a vehicle body. The fitting member has a slot for enhancing breakdown of the fitting member when the junction box is pulled to remove the junction box from the vehicle body, and the fitting member has a compensating piece removably inserted into the slot for adjusting the breakdown of the fitting member.

A bus bar wiring board includes a first conductive bus bar, a second conductive bus bar, a first insulating board, in which one end portions of the first and the second bus bars are embedded and a second insulating board, in which the other end portions of the first and the second bus bars are embedded. Disclosed is a space heater, with an air cleaning function, that monitors combustion at a burner, and prevents the halting of combustion due to the erroneous detection of a combustion abnormality. According to the present invention, a space heater includes: a heating unit control unit, which performs a 'heating operation' for igniting fuel gas at a burner to operate a heating fan; an air cleaning unit control unit, which performs an 'air cleaning operation' for operating an ion generator and an air cleaning fan; a combustion forced halt unit, for monitoring the combustion state of the burner based on a thermoelectromotive force TC generated by a thermocouple, and for halting combustion at the burner when the thermoelectromotive force TC drops, from a reference value TC_b, the equivalent of a determination level TC_j or more; and a reference value setup unit for, when the mode is shifted from an &#x201c;independent heating mode&#x201d;, during which only the &#x201c;heating operation&#x201d; is performed, to a &#x201c;synchronous operating mode&#x201d;, during which both the &#x201c;heating operation&#x201d; and the &#x201c;air cleaning operation&#x201d; are performed, designating as the reference value TC_b the thermoelectromotive force TC, generated by the thermocouple, that is stabilized after mode switch.

Space heater

In a hybrid hot air heater according to the present invention, a chassis having first and second outletson its front face and first and second inletson its rear face incorporates therein a gas heater unitcomprised of a gas burnerand a first air-blowing fanand an electric heater unitcomprised of an electric heaterand a second air-blowing fanin such a manner that the air blowing systems for the respective two heaters may be independent of each other.

Hybrid hot air heater

A metal terminal has a terminal body having a crimp part crimped to a wire and a fastening part connected to the terminal body through breaking parts. The fastening part has a through-hole for passage of a bolt. The metal terminal further includes a co-fastening part formed in the terminal body. The tip side of the co-fastening part is fastened to a vehicle body by the bolt, together with the fastening part. When detaching the terminal body from the vehicle body, one side of the one terminal body is pulled up in a direction opposite to the fastening direction of the bolt under condition that the fastening part and the co-fastening part are together fastened by the bolt. Consequently, the co-fastening part is released from its fastened condition and a breaking force is applied on the breaking parts.

A fastening device for facilitating temporary fastening of an electronic component to a circuit board. The fastening device includes a base embedded in an electronic device and two elastic plates extending from the base. Each elastic plate includes a diagonal portion, which extend diagonally relative to the plane of the circuit board, and a leg, which extends continuously from the diagonal portion. When the legs are inserted through a connecting hole of the circuit board, the resilient force of the elastic plates presses the diagonal portions against the wall of the connecting hole.

Device for temporarily fastening electronic component to circuit board

A first connector housing is provided with a flexible lock arm. A tubular fitting detector is fitted to an outer periphery of the first connector housing while being slidable thereon between a first position and a second position. A retainer is provided on the fitting detector, and adapted to be engaged with a first portion of the lock arm in a case where the fitting detector is placed at the first position, and engaged with a second portion of the lock arm in a case where the fitting detector is placed at the second position. A second connector housing is provided with a projection adapted to release the engagement between the retainer and the first portion of the lock arm in a case where the second connector housing is completely fitted with the first connector housing, so that the fitting detector is allowed to slide from the first position to the second position. A finger pad is provided on the fitting detector, and arranged such that an operator's finger is placeable thereon while being separated from at least the lock arm, during a fitting operation between the first connector housing and the second connector housing.

Connector capable of preventing incomplete fitting

If both the electric heaters and combustion heaters constitute a hybrid type hot-air heater wherein both heaters are equipped with inlets adjacent to each other and are also housed within a frame and separated such that the air blowing systems of each heater are independent of each other, air leakage will occur in only the combustion heater during the heating operation in a direction opposite to the air blowing passage of the electric heater thereby resulting in dust adhering to the electric heater. If the electric heater is operated in this state, the dust will be heated and then burn causing a foul odor to occur when the heating operation first starts. Therefore, the air blowing fanruns to remove any dust that entered into the air blowing passage before the electric heaterruns when the electric heater unit, equipped with an electric heater, is performing a heating operation.

Hybrid hotair heater

In a configuration of a hybrid hot air heater in which a gas heater unitand an electric heater unitare incorporated into one chassis at the upper part and lower part, respectively, in such a manner that their respective air-blowing systems may be independent of each other, the heater itself is made more compact even with increases in the cross-sectional area of inletsandequipped with anti-dust filtersand, respectively. The second inletof the electric heater unitprovided on the chassisis arranged below a gas burnerin such a manner as to conserver space and serves as an air inlet passage on the rear side of a housingof a first air-blowing fanthat separates the gas heater unitand the electric heater unitfrom each other.

A connector is provided with a connector housing including one or more terminal housing chambers each including a first open end and a second open end; and one or more terminals each comprising a contact portion at a distal end thereof for contacting the opposite terminal and a solder tail extended from a proximal end thereof. The terminals are respectively housed in the terminal housing chambers with setting the distal ends thereof directed to the first open ends. Each terminal has a length so that the proximal end thereof reaches the same level as or protrudes from the second open end when the terminal is completely housed in the respective terminal housing chamber.

Connector for printed circuit board

A connector has terminals, each having a tip end portion. A wiring board has through holes. A land is provided on the wiring board about each through hole. When the connector is mounted on the wiring board, each terminal is connected to one of the lands with a part of the tip end portion being located in the corresponding through hole. The ratio of the cross-sectional area of each tip end portion to the cross-sectional area of each through hole is at least 0.11 and no more than 0.89. This improves the reliability of the joint portions between the terminals and the wiring board.

Structure for mounting connector on board

An adapter has a cylindrical body which is screwed onto a battery post, and a flange portion formed on a top portion of the cylindrical body to be clamped by a screwing tool. A terminal body includes a substantially U-shaped adaptor fitting portion which accommodates the adapter therein, and a seat portion on which an electric wire terminal is fixed. A lever includes a cam portion and is supported on the terminal body so as to be pivotable between a first position and a second position. A space in which the flange portion is capable of passing through is secured inside of the adaptor fitting portion when the lever is in the first position. The cam portion is abutted against an outer periphery of the cylindrical body of the adaptor so that the adaptor is retained between the cam portion and an inner face of the adaptor fitting portion, when the lever is in the second position. The flange portion of the adaptor is engaged with a top end face of the adapter fitting portion of the terminal body.
