A ride-on mower can easily lift mower deck up and down so that it remains horizontal. The ride-on mower has driving motors, mower blades spinning for mowing grass, mowing motors for the mower blades, batteries for the driving motors and the mowing motors, a mower deck for covering the mower blades from the above and sides and for setting the mowing motors on, and a mower deck lifting device for lifting up and down the mower deck. The mower deck lifting device has a booster for assisting the mower deck lifting device in lifting the mower deck up and down, and the mower deck lifting device is set at the center on the mower deck.

With regard to a tractor having a high-powered engine, universal joints must be enlarged, whereby the attachment work of a power transmission shaft becomes difficult. Furthermore, the kind of the universal joints to be used is limited, thereby being inconvenient. Therefore, a tractor is constructed so that a transmission casing is arranged in a rear portion of a vehicle body, a front axle casing is arranged in the front portion of the vehicle body, and power from an engine is transmitted from an output shaft supported by the transmission casing through a power transmission shaft to an input shaft supported by the front axle casing. The tractor is characterized in that a gear casing is disposed between the transmission casing and the front axle casing, the output shaft of the transmission casing and an input shaft of the gear casing are arranged on a same line and connected to each other, and the input shaft of the front axle casing and an output shaft of the gear casing are arranged on a same line and connected to each other.

A working vehicle with an HST in which over-rotation of a hydraulic pump in the HST or the pump input shaft thereof is prevented when a main clutch is disconnected during a run. When a main clutch connection/disconnection detection means detects the disconnection state of the main clutch during a run, a control means judges whether a vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed detection means is at least a set speed or not, and if the vehicle speed is at least the set speed, the movable swash plate of the hydraulic pump in an HST is controlled to sustain it at the current inclination angle.

The present invention aims at making a transmission casing compact. In the present invention, in the inside of a transmission casing, a traveling-system power transmission mechanism which is interposed between an engine and an axel, a PTO-system power transmission mechanism which is interposed between the engine and a PTO shaft, and a changeover mechanism which is interposed between both power transmission mechanisms are provided, wherein the power transmission of the PTO-system power transmission mechanism is interrupted at a middle portion thereof by the changeover mechanism and, at the same time, the changeover mechanism is allowed to perform a changeover manipulation to connect a downstream side portion of the PTO-system power transmission mechanism and a downstream side portion of the traveling-system power transmission mechanism. In this manner, it is possible to transmit the rotational speed proportional to the rotational speed of the engine to the PTO-shaft (first PTO-system power transmission) with the use of the PTO-system power transmission mechanism, while with the use of the changeover mechanism, it is possible to perform the changeover manipulation which interrupts the power transmission of the PTO-system power transmission mechanism in the middle portion thereof and, at the same time, connects the downstream-side portion of the PTO-system power transmission mechanism and the downstream-side portion of the traveling-system power transmission mechanism so as to transmit the rotational speed proportional to a vehicle speed to the PTO shaft (second PTO-system power transmission).

A working machine lifting device of a tractor, comprising externally installed hydraulic lift cylinders disposed on the right and left sides of a transmission casing, lift arms rotated by the operation of the cylinders, and lower links vertically rotated by the rotation of the lift arms and connected to a working machine, wherein the cylinder and the lower link are rotatably supported on a same pin supported by the transmission casing and a sway chain bracket, and the support point of the cylinder and the vertical rotating pivot of the lower link are positioned on the axis of the pin.

A steel plate having a plated layer on the upper and lower surfaces thereof to be processed into a battery can which is cylindrical and open in one end thereof by drawing and ironing processing. The plated steel plate has more than 1.2 as a Lankford value (r) which is a width deformation degree in a lengthwise direction thereof/a thickness deformation degree in the lengthwise direction thereof, a width deformation degree in a widthwise direction thereof/a thickness deformation degree in the widthwise direction thereof, a width deformation degree in an oblique direction thereof/a thickness deformation degree in the oblique direction thereof. In-plane anisotropy .DELTA.r which is the difference among the Lankford values (r) is set to be less than .+-.0.15. In order to make the elongation coefficient of the plated steel plate constant in the three directions, a very low carbon steel plate is used. The steel plate is cold-rolled at 80-90%. The plated layer is allowed to have a granular structure by annealing it after it is plated.
