A claw-pole type dynamo-electric machine, from which an improvement in productivity of stator winding can be expected, has such as a structure that the whole stator wiring is covered with a magnetic body, and thereby the inductance increases to pose the problem of decreasing a power factor. Disclosed is a stator core of a dynamo-electric machine in which a plurality of stator cores of respective phases are arranged independently in the direction of the rotating shaft of a rotor, the magnetic poles of the stator cores are arranged in the shape of a wave in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft of a rotor, slots extending in the direction of the rotating shaft are formed between respective magnetic poles, and the stator winding can be arranged in a slot formed on the side of the inner end face of the magnetic pole arranged in the shape of a wave and in the axial direction of the rotating shaft.

Stator core for dynamo-electric machine and manufacturing method therefor

A cathode-ray tube includes a plate having a first hole on a first surface of the plate and a second hole on a second surface of the plate. The first and second holes coupled together to allow electron beams to pass therethrough. The plate is a unitary structure. The first hole is formed by initiating a first hole formation from the first surface, and the second hole is formed by initiating a second hole formation from the second surface. The first surface is on an opposing side of the second surface.

The magnetic head assembly including a magnetic head having a terminal composed of a conductive film and a supporting spring. The supporting spring has interconnecting patterns (lines) on the top thereof and a projective electrode. The terminal of the magnetic head is electrically connected to the projective electrode of the supporting spring by a solderless, direct contact connection. The magnetic head is fixed to the supporting spring by using a non-electrical bonding agent. This structure makes it possible to stabilize the position of the magnetic head assembly and the relative speed variation between the magnetic head element and the magnetic disk, thereby enhancing the reliability of the magnetic disk apparatus.

Method of electrically connecting a magnetic head, a magnetic head body and a magnetic disc apparatus

A forging method for producing a flanged shaft such as, for example, a crankshaft, provided at its intermediate portion with a flange with the flanged shaft being formed from a blank having a diameter which is smaller than the diameter of the shaft end portions but large enough to prevent buckling of the blank when the latter is compressed in the axial direction. The blank is placed within a closed die apparatus and is axially compressed by a punch so that it is possible to produce the flanged shaft at a high dimensional precision and at a high yield, while reducing the time and labor for finishing work conducted after the forging, without requiring any large-size press.
