A torsion coil spring biasing and rotating a drive gear of a valve device in one direction and defining a rotation position of a valve body when an electric motor is not operating is included, one end of the torsion coil spring is locked at any one of two locking portions provided at the drive gear, the other end is locked at a casing rotatably supporting the valve shaft, the drive gear is a plate-shaped members including two locking portions and formed linearly symmetrically, the locking portions are formed into hook shapes including extending portions extending in a direction away from an inner surface of the drive gear and distal end portions projecting along the inner surface from distal ends of the extending portions. The drive gear includes openings at positions at which the openings overlap the distal end portions in a view in a direction of the axial line.

Valve device

In a valve device including: a plate-shaped drive gear provided at an end of a valve shaft made of metal; and, at the drive gear, a detection target of an inductive sensor detecting a rotation angle of the valve shaft, the drive gear has a lever member made of metal and integrated through insert molding in which a part thereof is exposed in the inner surface, the detection target is integrated along with the lever member through the insert molding on a side of the outer surface of the drive gear, and an exposure portion of the lever member at the drive gear including the lever member and the detection target and the end of the valve shaft are caused to abut each other, and a rear side of the abutting part is laser-welded from the side of an outer hole and is fixed thereby to configure a shaft unit.

Provided is an electric throttle valve incorporating a deceleration mechanism in a housing space between a cover including a connector and a valve body with the valve body and the cover laser-welded to seal the housing space, in which the deceleration mechanism includes an intermediate shaft disposed to be parallel to a motor shaft and a valve shaft, a first intermediate gear engaged with a motor gear secured to an end portion of the motor shaft, and a second intermediate gear engaged with a valve gear secured to the valve shaft, the first intermediate gear and the second intermediate gear are disposed to be aligned in an axial direction of the intermediate shaft and are integrally configured, the first intermediate gear is disposed to be closer to the electric motor than the second intermediate gear, and the connector is disposed above the motor shaft and on a side of the second intermediate gear.

Fluid control valve

A transmission mechanism includes: an intermediate shaft secured to a support portion provided in a valve body of an electric throttle valve and disposed in parallel to a motor shaft and a valve shaft; and an intermediate gear rotatably disposed at the intermediate shaft, in which the intermediate gear has a first intermediate gear engaged with a motor gear secured to the motor shaft and a second intermediate gear engaged with a valve gear secured to the valve shaft, the first intermediate gear and the second intermediate gear are integrally configured to be aligned in an axial direction of the intermediate shaft, a hemispherical recessed portion recessed upward around an axial center of the intermediate shaft is formed at a lower end portion of the intermediate gear, and a projecting portion projecting upward in a hemispherical shape around the axial center of the intermediate shaft and supporting the recessed portion is formed in a surface of the support portion facing the recessed portion of the intermediate gear.

Transmission mechanism and fluid control valve

A valve device of the present invention includes: a body () defining a passage () through which fluid flows; a valve shaft () pivotably supported by the body; a butterfly valve () fixed to the valve shaft to open and close the passage; and a drive unit () configured to impart a rotational drive force to the valve shaft. The body has a protrusion portion () formed integrally in a manner of protruding from an outer wall () of the body, and the drive unit () is fixed to the body () via the protrusion portion (). Accordingly, influence of heat of high-temperature fluid can be suppressed or prevented, and the opening and closing operation can be performed with high precision.

A throttle device includes a default mechanism. The default mechanism includes: a defining portion arranged on the body to define the default position; a first rotation body which rotates integrally with the valve shaft; a second rotation body which can rotate relative to the valve shaft and which engages with the defining portion to limit the rotation in a valve-closing direction; a first urging spring which is interposed between the first rotation body and the body and urges the first rotation body in the valve-closing direction; and a second urging spring which is interposed between the first rotation body and the second rotation body, and urges so as to draw the first rotation body in a valve-opening direction and draw the second rotation body in the valve-closing direction to engage the two with each other and to maintain the engagement during the non-operation of the drive source.

Throttle device

A modular valve unit for controlling the flow rate of an intake or exhaust gas of a combustion engine through the passage of a valve, the valve unit comprising a valve having a valve housing () and at least one valve flap (). The valve unit further comprises an interface () and an adapter (), the interface () being connected to the valve housing () and having a support () and an engagement portion comprising at least two engagement legs () projecting from the distal end of the support () and being directed away from the valve housing (). The adapter () has a connection plate () having at least two engagement orifices () for receiving the engagement legs () of the interface () and a mounting portion for holding an actuator (). The at least two engagement orifices () of the connection plate () of the adapter () are each configured to engage the corresponding at least two engagement legs () of the engagement portion of the interface ().

Valve unit including an interface

A rotation angle detection device capable of obtaining a detection result in a wider angle range with high accuracy. The rotation angle detection device is provided with a part to be detected which is attached to a throttle shaft S by a rotor, and a Hall IC which detects magnetic flux components of the part to be detected. The Hall IC is provided with a magnetism collecting plate which is disposed facing the part to be detected and extends along the rotation surface of the part to be detected, and Hall elements which detect the magnetic flux components of the part to be detected, and output a signal corresponding to the rotation position of the throttle shaft S on the basis of the results of the detection by the Hall elements. The Hall elements each detect a magnetic flux component in an X-axis direction passing through the rotation axis of the throttle shaft S. The Hall elements each detect a magnetic flux component in the Y-axis direction passing through the rotation axis of the throttle shaft S. The part to be detected is configured by combining a semicircular yoke with a semiannular magnet.

Rotation angle detection device

An accelerator device capable of achieving miniaturization and easily varying torque characteristics with a simple structure. The accelerator device includes a housing, a grip-side rotary body which is rotated with accelerator operation, a friction member including a contact portion to apply resistance due to friction as being contacted to the grip-side rotary body, an urging member which is connected to the housing via the friction member and connected to the grip-side rotary body and which urges the grip-side rotary body to rotate to an initial position side, and a restriction portion which is arranged at the housing and which restricts rotation of the friction member with the urging force of the urging member as being contacted to the friction member. Here, the friction member is urged by the urging member in a direction that the contact portion is pressed to an outer circumferential face of the rotary body having the restriction portion as a fulcrum.

Accelerator device

An accelerator device for performing an acceleration operation includes a rotary body which rotates with rotation of a grip, a magnet which rotates with rotation of the rotary body, a rotation angle detector which detects a rotation angle of the magnet, an urging member which returns the grip to an original point position by urging the rotary body, and a separation member which separates the rotary body and the rotation angle detector, the rotation angle detector is fixed to the separation member and the rotary body is rotatably held thereby while the urging member urges the rotary body toward the separation member as well as in the rotation direction, so that positional variation of the rotation angle detector against the magnet can be prevented.
