External preparation

An oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic containing the following component (A) and the following component (B): (A) 1% by mass or more and 40% by mass or less of emulsion particles containing an oil soluble ultraviolet ray absorbent (a1), having an average particle diameter of more than 6 μm and 300 μm or less, and (B) 0.3% by mass or more and 2.5% by mass or less of particles containing an oil soluble ultraviolet ray absorbent (b3) encompassed by an ionic surfactant (b1) and a hydrophobic amphiphilic substance (b2), having a content of a solid oil agent of 2.5% by mass or less based on the total amount of the particles, having an average particle diameter of 6 μm or less.

Oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic

Hydrogel particles include a continuous phase portion of non-crosslinked hydrogel and disperse phase portions dispersed in the continuous phase portion. Each of the disperse phase portions contains a solid oil and a liquid oil as an oil component, and titanium oxide particles dispersed therein. The solid oil of the oil component contains a higher alcohol and a solid paraffin, and the content of the solid oil in the disperse phase portion is 1 to 12 mass %. The hydrogel particles have a volume-average particle diameter of 10 to 300 &#x3bc;m.

The invention relates to a cosmetic preparation containing a crosslinked (meth) acrylic acid ester resin powder having a compression strength of 0.7 to 10 kgf/mm. The invention also relates to a cosmetic preparation, for example, in the form of a cosmetic sheet, powder spray cosmetic, gel cosmetic, two phase separable cosmetic, emulsion cosmetic or the like.
